19 Twinkle twinkle twinkle little star Ozawa Shuzo, the cat-labeled Gattolibero and Luchabote. The moment I saw the glittering star, I bought a packet! The taste is impressive with a slight carbonation and sweet aroma. It's easier to drink the second day than the first, and seems to go with more flavorful food. Ingredients: Rice Koji (Rice: Miyamanishiki) Alcohol content: 16%.

Tsurulei (Niigata sake), one of my favorite brands in Niigata It was easy to enjoy without any chocolatey taste. Personally, I prefer it with fish. The local sake of Uonuma, founded in Kyouho 2 years, is polished carefully in harmony with snow. I feel it is right. Alcohol content: 15%. Ingredients: Rice, rice kouji (Rice used: Koshitanrei) Rice polishing rate: 55%.

I love Niigata, but this is the first time I've seen Kamonishiki Sake! It seems that the label changes according to the sake to be filled. It may be a combination of the tank number.
