Timeline
ぺっかーるI met Mr. Okura last July.
This is exactly the sake here. I would like to say, but I think it was lemon in a woman's hand. So this year it's apricot~.
It was a liquor that shocked me at the timeーー!
'This is canned pineapple syrup! (in a good way)" I was surprised by the rich fruit juice flavor.
I felt more pineapple than lemon.
It was also the first drink I drank with ice.
I will have it for the first time in a year!
First, the aroma.
It's amazing! I can't stop shouting "This is it! I can't help but shout out "This is it!
It is the scent of Mr. Okura. If they sold perfume, I would buy it....
Oh, wow. It is not as syrupy as last year.
But it is rich! Rich! Dense! It is "Sanno".
The acidity is great. It's like the sweetness is controlled by the acidity. It's brilliant~~~!
The second glass was served on the rocks.
Yum! It is not defeated by the ice at all.
I can't stop drinking it. I can't get enough of it! ぺっかーるThe last was Okura-san.
I wanted to drink this sake very, very much.
What a stylish label!
This sake is made with Kyokai 77 yeast. It is said to produce a lot of malic acid.
Ohhhhh...! This aroma...! It's already delicious!
When you include it, it is a definite umami!
Fresh and deep flavor.
It has an apple feeling, but that's not all. It seems to be packed with the flavor of the juice~!
I became an Okura fan! ぺっかーるNice aroma.
It is a sake with an interesting name.
It is said that it was named with the thought of "making the world round, flat, and straight.
It finishes with a crisp finish. It was a very delicious sake. ぺっかーるOh~~! This is good!
What a scent I love! It smells like bananas and bondo.
It was fresh and fruity.
The sake rice was Gohyakumangoku, but there is also a sake made with Tottori Prefecture's "Strong" rice.
I would like to try it! ぺっかーるFeeling better, here's another one.
The label on the back said.
Everyone who loves cats and sake is a good person.
I love cats and sake. I feel embarrassed.
The taste is fruity. It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity!
It was a delicious kitty label~! ぺっかーるIt is gentle. It has a round impression.
It is fruity, but it also tastes like light sugar.
It goes smoothly in the mouth. It is very easy to drink. ぺっかーるI went because it was "Refresh Day" at the restaurant~!
Hmmm, which one shall I have...
Let's go with "Bunkajin", which I've never had before, but have ordered in my dreams~.
I finally arrived at the real thing.
It's strange how the human mind works... lol
Bon appétit! Huh? This aroma is similar to the wind forest.
It smells like bananas~!
When you include it, there is no shwashiness, but it is sweet and sour!
There is a little lingering aftertaste~.
I had an image of dry sake when I thought of Kochi, but this was a different type of sake. ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Pekkar 😃.
😴Order ⁉️ in your dreams 😴Omoro 😆.
I wonder how it tastes in your dream 🧐. ぺっかーるGood morning, Jay & Nobby!
It's a dream from a long time ago. I ordered at the counter. I woke up before drinking. Was it a sign from the God of alcohol?
There was nothing spiritual in the actual drinking, lol. MI went for a quick visit before a drinking session.
They were holding a spring deer fair, so we compared drinks. It was so delicious that I drank too much.
ぺっかーるI was looking for a four-pack of "Hana-Kun".
We entered the store at the same time it opened, but were told that it was not for sale.... Too bad.
We had no choice but to get a sake tasting set.
My impression was that it was a wooden bucket Bodumoto. Hana-kyun is done when you buy a bottle!
Compared to Nakuro, it tastes like it goes one deeper, or has something more to it - it is a taste of something more!
There was no scent of cedar or cypress.
It is 30ml of sake.
I drank it in no time, but it was still a delicious Mimuro cedar! N.EGood evening, Mr. Pekkaaru!
I see you went to the Mimuro Cedar Fair following the Kaze no Mori fair⁉🤗🤗
I was looking forward to it too and will visit tomorrow 🎶.
I'm looking forward to visiting tomorrow 🎶. ぺっかーるGood morning, N.E!
Yes! I entered the restaurant at the same time it opened at 11:00. From there, we went to a nearby ramen shop. When I passed by the restaurant on my way home, there were already a lot of people there!
It's very popular! Daichi MiyamotoIt's the kind of thing you don't often buy, but the aroma and flavor come in the middle, and it's quite interesting.
I'm not sure if it's the cream cheese, but it goes really well with cream cheese! ぺっかーるSweet aroma.
Rich fruitiness. Slightly thick texture.
And it is still sweet.
However, it is not too strong.
It is Okura-san's sake!
It is delicious!
The stylish label is also irresistible! アラジンThis winter's shipment of Akitsuho 657, Kaze no Mori's most popular sake, is a very special ogara-mist!
Hearing that, I couldn't keep quiet as an ogara-mist, so I tried it 🍶.
When I asked the shopkeeper for a bottle of Akitsuho 657 with an orikara flavor, he replied, "It's not what I thought it would be! He laughed and said, "Maybe it's a little more subtle than I expected," "I mean, we don't often do this at Kaze no Mori..." He served it to me after mixing the tailings well by tilting the bottle up and down: ☺️
(Normally, if you accidentally do such a thing, the gassy Kaze no Mori will erupt 🍾)
The appearance is very faint and faint tailings dancing with fine bubbles of gas: ☺️
The nose is gentle, with calm melon, pear, young banana, and rice cake-like rice aroma on a fresh chervil.
On the palate, a gentle gasiness 🫧 with a light sweetness, gas pungency, and rounded acidity spreading out, with a clear sense of dryness.
As the temperature rises, the sense of garami becomes clearer and the softness increases.
If you are not told, you may not even notice it...it was just a slight hint of orikara 😄.
They are shipping about 1,000 bottles, so you should definitely try the Kaze no Mori Akitsuho 657, which is only available now 🍶😊. ひるぺこGood evening, Aladdin-san. You are lucky to be able to drink the limited edition of 1,000 bottles of Akitsuho 657 ORIGAMI 😆 I am afraid to mix the fresh and shwashy ORIGAMI, but if it is slightly nigori, you have to make sure it is mixed well 🌀 ヤスベェHi Aladdin 😀
I am surprised to hear that Kaze no Mori has an orihara 😲‼️
And I didn't realize it was the standard Akitsuho 657 🤣.
I would really like to try a bottle if I have a chance 😇. アラジンGood morning, Hirupeko!
Nowadays, the breweries are sending out a lot of information on SNS, etc., so you can have more fun if you keep your antennae wide open. ☺️
I am grateful to the store owner for understanding and responding to my question 🌀🍶😊. アラジンGood morning, Yasbay 😃.
Aburacho Brewery sent this out on their instagram 😁.
There is no indication on the label, but it says that the products manufactured in February or March of this year are "orikagari" 🤔.
According to the store, it is because of the manufacturing equipment! アラジンThis is the culmination of the trilogy of the S Kaze no Mori Edition series, brewed with 2023 rice.
It shows the style of S Kaze no Mori with its bright and refreshing tropical taste and fresh, clear and dry loose taste.
Brewed with ultra-low milling of pesticide-free and chemical fertilizer-free Akitsuho rice, this sake has a future sake degree of ⭐︎⭐︎.
The blue label represents the lush green of a paddy field filled with water before rice cultivation.
The appearance is pale gold with a hint of green crystal.
The aroma is fresh and bouncy tropical.
The nose is fresh and bouncy with tropical notes of sweet mango, fresh passion fruit, and ripe le le leche.
The nose has a white rice dumpling-like aroma and powdery lime minerality.
The punchy sweetness and assertive acidity spread freshly and with a chili gas sensation.
The wine develops into a clear, yet deep flavor, and the sensation as it leaves the cellar shifts to dryness.
The final part of the wine is clear and crisp with a firm bitterness and a slight astringency.
There is a beautiful complexity in the aftertaste.
No sense of low milled rice at all 😳.
It is very hard to believe that the rice is over 90% polished!
Tropical aroma with a tropical feel and clear dry taste.
This is awesome!
I look forward to seeing more in the future 🍶. アラジンThe last drink of the day.
There was a bottle design of Shinomine that had a different atmosphere from the Shinomine we usually see, so I tried it.
Ise-Nishiki is Mie Prefecture's prized rice for sake brewing.
It is said to be the ancestor of Yamadaho, the mother of Yamada-Nishiki.
It was developed in Ise in 1860 from Yamato, a native rice, and was popular in the Kansai region for a while, but was no longer cultivated due to its tendency to fall over due to long sticks.
Motosaka Sake Brewery, which brews Hachibei sake, revived the cultivation of this rice as sake rice in 1991.
Since then, it has been brewed by other sake breweries, but I did not know that it was grown in Nara Prefecture.
This junmai sake is brewed with Ise-Nishiki produced in Nara Prefecture using Kyokai No. 6 yeast.
The appearance is pale yellow-green crystal.
The aroma is mild and sweet.
The aroma is mild and sweet, with juicy sweet banana, apricot, and rice cake aroma.
On the palate, there is a soft texture and a very slight gasiness.
Juicy sweetness and rounded acidity.
A cool, refreshing flavor spreads.
A tight aftertaste of slight bitterness and astringency.
Oh, this is delicious!
The gasiness is pleasant, moderately juicy, and the rice has a beautiful umami!
I tend to drink a lot of Kaze no Mori and Mimuro Sugi as Nara sake, but Shinomine also made me want to try a lot of other sake 🍶. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
