I've had my eye on this one for a while now, White Fudo✨. To reward myself for working on my day off, I stopped by the liquor store near my office on my way home from work and picked some up 😆👍. The mother at the Tani liquor store told me that the production of this Hakufudo is very small, so if you want to drink a lot of it, I recommend you to buy it in a bottle, but I decided to buy the No. 4 bottle because I was afraid that the lid would blow off and the fizz would not continue in a bottle. I opened the bottle the same day I bought it. I chilled it at ➖5℃, but the lid still blew off😳. Now a sip. Yum😋‼️ The acidity is less than I expected. The gentle sweetness and freshness of the apples is combined with the proper riceiness of the steadfastness, and it's really delicious. ‼️ It's a summer sake, but it's more sake than you might think. The taste is very well made 💕.

Hi Wakata, ☀️ I was very curious about this Fudo when I saw the information about its arrival at the liquor store 😋. It's a summer sake with a proper rice flavor 🎐and the kind that blows the cork out of the bottle 😆 It looks really good ✨I'd like to buy it if I see it 👍.

the rice is falling like a snowstorm Sweet like an apple. The taste is round, sweet, and beautiful. There is a bit of bitterness towards the end, but it is delicious. It is not that sweet, but the lingering taste in the mouth and nose is quite fruity. A little bit of pineapple. I would like to try a variety of Toirai, but Fujiidera is a little far away from here, so I wish there would be more distributors of Toirai. According to what I heard at the liquor store, they don't seem to be actively trying to increase the number of distributors... On the third day, it seems to have a stronger pineapple taste.

Not written but rice is sake Musashi and Sai no Shine. Unlike other Igarashi's image, it is less gaseous. It has a citrusy sweet bitterness and lactic acidity. It is also astringent and complex. There is also a rum-like taste. Well, I can't put it into words well, but there are some nuances that I don't like. Like the top notes are also a little uncomfortable 🤔. The more time goes by, the more disappointing the taste becomes... Sour rumney?

I was curious to see what Matsuchiyo-san had posted on Morai, and right after I saw it, I saw on the liquor store's instagram that it was the first one in Kansai, so I immediately went to Fujiidera to buy some 🚃. I went to Fujiidera to buy it ᾃ This liquor store stocks Igarashi, Sakiyami and other brands that are rarely sold in the Kansai area! Igarashi and Morai are the only distributors in Kansai so far! Rokka Shuzo has made a fresh start by relocating its brewery to a location attached to a roadside station. They discontinued the brand name "Jyobari", which was well known by the locals, and launched "Toirai". According to the brewery, it used to be a large brewery that mass-produced sake, but now it seems to be a small brewery that produces a small amount of many varieties. So, although they just started business, there were about 5 different varieties in the store 😳. Of course, this was my first time to taste Matsumae rice. Slightly fruity aroma. It has a clean, light sweetness and a spiciness at the end. It's not flashy, so I guess it's good for mid-meal. I like nama-sake, but I have recently come to think that it would be nice to have a little cushion of fire-aged sake every once in a while.

Drinks at the Remote Off-line Meeting (1) Thanks to all who participated 😊and thanks to the organizer, takeshon-san 🙇. Did I fall asleep? I don't remember when it ended😅 Igarashi is a first time visitor to Kansai. I've had Tenranzan, but this is my first time to drink Igarashi. I saw Tani Sake Shop's instagram and flew over there, but it seems I was the first purchaser after it arrived and they said thank you for your first purchase lol. There were many kinds of sake, but I chose the Omachi. It's clear and sweet with a strong gassy feeling. It's like a Ramune. It's like a heavy-duty version of Akabu.

As the name Fruit Punch implies, it tastes like a variety of fruits. It tastes like a cross between peach, kiwi, and other complex sweet and savory flavors. It is a unique type of fruit punch. I bought a bottle of Raifuku on my way to Tani Sake Brewery, as I heard that Igarashi was the first to arrive in the Kansai region.

Gassy, sweet and juicy. It has a slightly mineral and hard feeling. I have the impression that sake made with comets has a spicier taste, but this one is sweet. Very tasty. There is no DATE SEVEN, so I thought comet would be just fine since it was Tanabata.

I was about to give up when I saw that Tani Sake Shop in Fujiidera had it in stock, so I went to buy it immediately. I never get a chance to visit Fujiidera because the nearby Fujimoto Sake Brewery has gone out of business, but they carry a variety of brands that are rarely sold in the Kansai area. Banshu Ikken, Tamagawa, Mitsurusei, Tosa Shiragiku, Hochozuru, Yoshimizu, Raifuku, Sanzen Sakura, Iyo Kagiya, Hanagaki, Hyakushun, Mansaku no Hana, Sotenbo, Shinomine, Zoka, Oze no Yukidoke, Iyari, Kozaemon, Hatsugoroku, Raku no Se, Nakajimaya, Drunken Whale, Hanaboe, Tomizin, Tsuchida, Horaisen, and many more. Kaku-uchi (corner bar) is also available. This is my first time to drink Hanagaki. I never had a chance to drink Hanagaki.... It is said to be unfiltered though it is not written on the bottle. It has a strong gassy feeling. It has a fruity taste like muscat, but it also has a sweetness like Japanese sweets. It has a strong body due to its high alcohol content. Very tasty. Be careful not to drink too much because of the high alcohol content.

Hello ( ´-̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥`) Tani liquor store has a good reputation, so I wondered why it was so rare. I only saw Tamagawa. I was able to go to Fujiidera on a weekday the other day, but I couldn't buy Fujimasa.
