Miyamanishiki and 1801 yeast
Hard to taste when cold, but when it gets close to room temperature, you can taste the sweet and juicy flavor. Slightly bubbly with lots of air bubbles adhering to the glass.
There was none of the bitterness often found in Miyamanishiki. The mouthfeel is lighter than expected.
When it reaches room temperature, it is even sweeter and more delicious.
