The 6th Japanese Sake festival @Osaka Bay Tower⑳ The last ceremony of the festival. There were many kinds of sake, but I've never seen a white label. I drank SHIKI FRESH Junmai Daiginjo with a rice polishing ratio of 50%. The rice is 100% Yumigaho, which can only be used by Kawatake Brewery. It is a little too mature with a subdued feel 🤔I wish it had more impact since it is moderately priced. This is the end of the Japanese Sake festival, but it is still going on🤣.

Last week, we went on a brewery tour of Kawatake Brewery, which brews Shiki and Kawabu. The representative we spoke with at the National Sake Fair was kind enough to meet us! Thank you very much for sharing with us the history of the brewery and your thoughts on sake brewing 😊. Here is what I bought at the sales counter 💁. Cold sake Juicy aroma of white peach and muscat Very clear, modern rich type From the middle to the aftertaste, the umami and sweetness of the rice come out fully. The aftertaste is rather long.

This is another sake I bought on my trip to Ise 🍶. This is another sake that is hard to buy, so it was gone in no time 🤣. Welcome drink at the hotel where we stayed? I drank it at the (paid) hotel and looked for the same one 🤭. It was delicious ✨

Opened May 22, 2025 Purchased at an event in Nakameguro Hmmm😄😄😄😅. Is this really pure rice ⁉️ Melon or not 🍈😂. Can pure rice make it this sweet😍. That's amazing😊😊. Maybe it tastes better if it's not too chilled to get the sweetness 👍

Fruity, smooth and easy to drink: ☺️ I tried to buy it at Ise City Station, but I have only seen it in Oharaicho..! I recommend buying it when you find it!
