I went to a classical concert 🎵 at the Symphony Hall because my friend's family was performing.
I was so nervous when the tuning started.
I was affected and listened to records for the first time in a long time.
I couldn't find the Mozart I wanted to listen to and now I have a task to find it 😂.
On the way home from the concert, I bought some pork buns.
I opened a bottle of this one because Hana-kyun would not go well with it.
It is a one year aged sake by Yonezuru. It is lukewarm.
The color is light yellow. The robust flavor of caramel nuts from the sake's original yeast yeast structure is not lost on the pork buns 😆.
Hi Lutertemi 😀
You're right... for pork buns, one year aged sake😇.
After finishing the pork buns, it seems like a good idea to have it like a brandy while listening to classical music😇
Rutemi, good evening 🦉.
I love the sake that goes with the pork buns 😳It's a friend of the Kansai people 😆The bottle is stylish too✨.
I see you have a record player! It's been a while since I've listened to it🎶.
Good evening, Ponchan 😁.
It really is the Kansai people's best friend sake. It didn't even beat the yakisuri 😉 I'm nervous about listening to music because I can't find record needles for sale, but I like the sound quality ☺️
My first "sky".
It was hard to find even in my hometown, but I found it in a department store. It was expensive, so I wandered around for a while before taking the plunge and buying it.
I was wondering when I should open the bottle, but I decided to take the plunge because I didn't want to leave it sitting around.
It had a fresh and fruity aroma even though it had been aged for a year. It tastes like pineapple. It has not only a beautiful sweetness but also a complex bitterness.
It is a delicious sake.
We enjoyed it with a side dish of pickled butterbur made with olive oil purchased at the JA vegetable market for 100 yen and rape blossoms with spicy mayonnaise, also purchased at the JA vegetable market for 100 yen.
Good morning, Lutertemi 😀.
Hard-to-find or expensive liquors require a lot of courage to open the bottle 🤣.
But you can never go wrong with such sakes, even if it's your first time drinking them 😀.
I haven't seen sky yet, but it looks delicious!
Good morning, Luteltemi 😃.
You finally drank it 👍I drink it every year, but by far the raw sake is the best 😋The raw sake is only sold once a year around April.
Good morning, Lutertemi 😃.
I understand that expensive sake makes you wander around before buying it 🤤 and I'm curious about Houraisen since I haven't experienced it yet 🤤 and butterbur and rape blossoms! How can bitterness not go well with sake 🍶😊.
Good morning Mr. Luteltemi 😃
I laughed a little when I pictured Mr. Luteltemi hovering near the cash register wondering whether to buy or not to buy 😁This is a distressing drink to buy and drink 🤣.
Hi Lutemi 🐦.
I love that you are buying it even if you are not sure 👍✨I don't know how many times I have gone through this because I don't have the courage 😣.
Looks like it would go well with bitter vegetables that remind me of spring 😊.
Good evening, Yasube!
I didn't expect to find it in a regular line in a department store 😳I was surprised. I opened the bottle late, but it was definitely a delicious sake 😊.
Good evening, takeshon😄.
Sora is a sake that I was curious about because of takeshon's review. I really could finally drink it. It's a raw, black one, isn't it? I hope I can drink it this year. ☺️
Good evening Aladdin 😁.
It took a lot of courage for me as an ordinary person to buy this 🤣it was a delicious drink and went well with the butterbur which I used to hate 😋.
Good evening, Maru 😁.
I finally opened the bottle 😆 It was expensive, so I decided to have a cheap seasonal one for the entrée. I was old enough to appreciate the bitterness 🤣.
I was allowed to sample three different types of nama-zake at Hankyu Department Store.
I liked Mutame-tanzaka, which is fruity and has a firm flavor that is pleasantly dry and sharp.
I am anxious to taste the change in flavor.
The junmai nama sake was refreshing and tasty, but I thought it was better with a meal than by itself.
The Shiboritate Nama-zake Ichiban is a good use of aloso sake and has a unique round sweetness that spreads the flavor and is delicious.
