Purchased at the antenna store in KITE
A refreshingly light and light sake. It is easy to drink like water. Looks like it could be served in a printed bottle at an izakaya (Japanese-style pub).
Compared to Fujimusume, which I bought together, it is too refreshing and a little lacking 🤔.
3㌥ bought at the antenna store in KITE
Slightly dry but with good aroma and sweetness. Slightly fruity in the first half and dry in the second half. Much tastier than I expected.
Purchased at the Kochi Prefecture antenna store that opened at KITTE.
The store is one of the most popular antenna stores in KITTE, and there were times when admission was restricted💦.
According to the internet, most of the sake shops label their sake as josen genshu. Some stores also say "Honjozo" but it doesn't say the rice polishing ratio, so I wonder if it is a regular sake.
It is sweet but has a classic mouthfeel. It is a different type of sake from CEL-24, and it is interesting to see the various aspects of the brewery.
It is sweet but has a rough taste.
The word "fruity" and "delicacy" is very interesting 🤣.
