I stopped by when I was passing through Iwade City last month!
The fourth picture is of Shippotakiji temple 🙏, a hidden spot in Osaka that I stopped by on the way home.
Cold sake.
Slightly clear yellow
Aroma of nuts, mushrooms, and koshinko
Light but rounded umami and astringency
Good sharpness in the aftertaste with a slightly short aftertaste
