I think it was a little firm. I didn't write it down at all... This restaurant is also famous for its onigiri. I had the "Uonuma Wasabi Zuke". It was fluffy and delicious! It was a rice festival with sake and rice balls!

Hi, Pon! Thanks for your comment! The rice balls were fluffy and delicious. The sake seemed to be happy to be reunited with the rice in my mouth~!

I looked back at the records of Sake no Wa to see how many times I had drunk this drink. I drank it only once.... I was surprised lol. This is good! It was so good that I was a little bit sober! This store is frequented by everyone at Sake-no-Wa, isn't it? You can feel the love for sake at this store. The staff and the atmosphere of the restaurant are great. I am looking forward to my next visit.

It is "THE" by aroma. It is "Sake" by the inclusion (lol). This is a bottle of sake that's a doozy on the chabudai~! I searched for it on my phone and found that it is famous as "Koshino-Sanbai" (three plums of Echino)! I searched on my phone and found that they are famous as the "three plums of Koshi": Yukinubai, Mine-no-shiraubai, and Koshinokanubai! The snack was eringi mushrooms with spicy miso. It went really well with the sake! It was very delicious.

This month is the month of my own Nara Sake Fair, and since last week, it has been "Asano Sake Shop -> Niigata wo Kome"! My own Niigata Sake Fair is also being held at the same time (lol). Tsururei is delicious! I thought Koshitanrei was an expression of taste, but it was the name of the rice.... It is fruity. It was definitely delicious!

Hi Pekkaaru 🐦. It's fun to see so much Niigata sake 🎶. I love the rice balls here and eat them while drinking sake 😆.

Once again, I thought that Goromaru was an amazing rugby player. I think there are quite a few people who see Gorohachi and think of Goromaru (laughs). This one is the flavor of rice~. It also has a sweet taste. The alcohol content is 21 degrees. I think it tastes good when mixed with soda or other drinks. By the way, it seems to be read as Gorohachi, not Gorohachi.

The second restaurant is one that I have been curious about for some time. It has a lineup of Niigata's specialty products. There is also a standing drinking counter. I decided to have a drink. Oh, it's Kamizenjosui! It's a kamizen nyosui. It is very easy to drink. It does not have any peculiarities. The snack is "eringi mushrooms with spicy miso". It's outrageously delicious! Of course, it goes well with sake. It is sold at the store. It is a double starring role of sake and snacks. It is delicious!

Purchased at an antenna store in Niigata Cold sake Banana and white peach aromas with hints of apricot curd and nuts. Gentle mellow sweetness and gradually dry acidity. The aftertaste is slightly sharp and fresh.
