The other day, I attended the funeral of a relative and after the memorial service for the seventh day, I went to Kisoji and had a matsutake mushroom dinner: 🍄‍🟫 Matsutake mushrooms🍄‍🟫 and beef grilled with magnolia leaves miso🍁, 🍄‍🟫Doki-bon steamed in a clay pot, 🍄‍🟫Chawanmushi, 🍄‍ Matsutake mushroom rice....thank you very much for the food 🙏. It was a wonderful time to feel the autumn 🍂😊. Now for the sake. Refreshing and slightly fruity 🍋. It can also be used as a food wine 😋. As it approaches room temperature I can also feel the spiciness in the latter half 🤔. It's easy to drink even if it's heated up Easy to drink 😋. Polishing ratio 60%, 15% alc.
