Opened the bottle as it was Christmas Eve!
The aroma is slightly fruity.
The color and bubbles look like champagne, and when you put it in your mouth, the fine bubbles hit your tongue pleasantly...
After that comes a moderate alcohol taste of 13%, but soon a refreshing pineapple flavor spreads...
Thanks to the strong carbonation and alcohol, the aftertaste is refreshing.
It seems to go well with both strong flavored and light flavored food.
I paired it with teriyaki chicken, which is often served at Christmas, and the sweetness of the sake became noticeable and quite delicious!

Peachy aroma and gentle sweetness. It is a junmai sake, so you can taste the umami of the rice or the weight of the body, but it also has an alcoholic aroma (maybe even a little tingling) to finish it off.
The sweetness was less than expected, which was surprising, but it is my favorite type of sake.
