Yuki no Mayu Junmai Ginjo Namaishu This is also a gift from the hometown tax payment. It arrived with a mixed name with "Sourced in the forest". I love its sweet and sour taste. It is a little cloudy and has a gentle fizzy feeling. It is fruity and easy to drink. I served it with the sashimi I marinated last night. It's delicious. I'm so happy. I can work hard from tomorrow!

Miyakanbai Junmai Daiginjo I received this from Furusato tax payment. I have wanted to try Miyakanbai since I learned about it in the manga "Izakaya Shinkansen" (Japanese comic book). It is easy to understand and delicious! It has a mild sweet and tasty acidity with a sharp taste. It can be enjoyed as a mealtime sake or on its own. It is a versatile sake. I can't resist drinking it when it gets close to room temperature, even though it is said to have even more flavor at room temperature 😆. Straight up, it was shot through with aplomb 😍.

There is nothing but expectation. It has a beautiful acidity. What is it? It has a fresh, fruit-like flavor. It is not too light, not too heavy, and not too sweet. It has a really good balance and is easy to drink. It was very satisfying to drink with seafood or on its own.

It is sweet, but the taste is light and goes down smoothly. Akabu and Ozeyuki were delicious, but this one is great too. Sake is so good 😊. I love cats and sake, so I must be a good person 🤣.

Daimine 3 grains Namazume Hiyoroshi Yumachi Memorandum I was confused with Yamada-Nishiki, but this time I took some Omachi home with me. Hiyoroshi is very nice, isn't it?
