This was the third bottle we drank on New Year's Day. We saved the Hakurakusei we had brought for another time and opened a bottle of Okutanba provided by my sister and her husband, as we did last year. It is dry but slightly fruity and easy to drink. It goes well with strong flavored dishes. Thank you very much.

The second bottle of New Year's greeting. Shirokuma winter light nigori. This sake has a good balance of sourness and sweetness. It does not matter whether it goes well with Osechi dishes or not. At any rate, there is no doubt that it is a delicious sake. It became empty in no time at all.

One of the three bottles I brought to my parents' house for New Year's greetings. I bought it for a toast thinking it was a regular ALPHA, but after drinking it down, I realized it was suitable for hot sake😓 No, it was delicious, so it was totally fine. It was stable, sweet and bitter, and was highly appreciated by my family.

Third round of drinks from beer and highballs at a year-end party with friends in the same industry! Winter makes me want to drink hot sake, doesn't it? The dry sake that makes the back of your throat go "kaaa" soaks into all of your internal organs. Thank you for all your hard work this year.

It was also served hot. When I told my mom that I drink a lot of different kinds of sake, she bought this bottle from a nearby supermarket. It is a small bottle, so you can drink it like a cup of sake. There were about 10 more bottles. Thank you very much. I would like to finish it during the winter.

First time in the mountain book and first time in the pounding. I bought it in the summer and saved it carefully. I kept it too long and opened the bottle now even though it is a summer sake. No matter what kind of sake it is, as long as it tastes good. It has a strong acidity and a clean aftertaste. I drink it after a meal while eating "Jako mood by Sanko Seika", a rice cracker with a salty aftertaste. The saltiness and sourness are repeated. When I realized that both of them were gone.

Enjoy cheap sushi at Totoro, a popular standing sushi bar under the elevated railway tracks of Himeji Station. Although it is a stand-up style sushi bar, there is always a long line of customers because of the high quality of the food. Since I was there, I asked for a local sake, Yaegaki. It was not sweet, but it was not dry either. It was about medium spicy. I am not talking about curry. I had it cold, but I feel it is all-around good at room temperature or hot. It's great for a kotteri type of stuff.

I uploaded this before I could type my comment...(^_^;) I've never actually had a Yuki Daruma ⛄, which is already a big seller around the world... This is my first Daruma. It's my first Daruma 🎵I've heard everyone rave about it, so my expectations are naturally high. I was afraid that it would be like "Oh, it's just like this", but my fears were unfounded. Delicious, too delicious! It has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. The aftertaste has a slight bitterness. The balance of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness is superb. It is a kind of nouveau that can be enjoyed only at this time of the year. I want to drink it again next year!

We had it at the popular bar Anchoco in 4-chome, Hakata Ekimae. I must say, the fish I eat in Hakata is delicious. I looked at the menu to see what kind of sake would go well with this sashimi and found that there was a sake called "Chiebijin," which is not often seen in Osaka. Normally, I would have thought that sashimi would be a good match for a dry sake, but I decided to order what I wanted to drink. I had an image that it was sweeter than I expected, but the rice flavor was surprisingly robust and went well with the light fish. Thank you for the delicious food and sake.

Dry taste that goes well with chicken on the bone. It washes away the oil from the chicken. A quick sip with a cup of sake will reset your palate from the strong flavors of tsukune, kawa, liver, etc., and you will be ready for the next dish. You will be ready for the next dish in a flat state.

When asked by his wife, "Where is the one place in Sake-no-wa that has not been explored yet?" and he answered, "Chiba, one of the four prefectures in Japan. It was given to him as a birthday present. Thank you very much. I heard it was highly praised by Sakerabo. The liquor store in the neighborhood didn't carry it, so he bought it at a liquor store in Kochi. The taste is moderately sweet with a bitter aftertaste. The wife said the bitterness was quite strong. I like it. Thanks to you, there are only 3 prefectures left 🎵

I bought it in the summer and it was sleeping in the fridge. I don't know if it is because it is Omachi? I don't know if it is because it is Omachi or not, but the bitterness that remains after the sweetness is quite strong. This might be a matter of taste. There is also a faint fizziness. Overall, it is a good sake.

We entered Oden x Stand Santoku Rokuji in Umeda Est Food Hall & Restaurants for the after-party of the launch of the company's business report meeting. This restaurant had a nice lineup of sake and a very stylish atmosphere. We entered the restaurant as two old men, but when we looked around calmly, we saw that 80% of the customers were girls, 1.5% were couples, and 0.50% were old men (us). We both felt that this was not the place for us, so we decided to leave after one drink and ordered the same sake, which we had never had before. The taste was not chaotic, but rather a normal, fruity, delicious sake. Laughing Shiki has an interesting name, doesn't it?

Chanko-nabe with company in Himeji. The dipping sauce was a blend of yam, which I was absolutely sure of. In fact, it was so good that I ate more than my capacity. Regardless of the outrageousness of the dish, it had a medium dry flavor that complemented the food. It was also very good.
