When asked by his wife, "Where is the one place in Sake-no-wa that has not been explored yet?" and he answered, "Chiba, one of the four prefectures in Japan. It was given to him as a birthday present. Thank you very much. I heard it was highly praised by Sakerabo. The liquor store in the neighborhood didn't carry it, so he bought it at a liquor store in Kochi.
The taste is moderately sweet with a bitter aftertaste. The wife said the bitterness was quite strong. I like it. Thanks to you, there are only 3 prefectures left 🎵

Shin Kurri, it is nice to meet you. I often read your reviews. Thank you for your comment. I didn't have a clear idea of what sake is made in Chiba Prefecture, but I remember Kangiku. It is fun to fill in the map, isn't it?

Thank you, Masa. It's more fun when your partner can drink. I have decided to buy the most difficult one, Okinawa, locally ✈.

Happy Birthday, Mr. Miyazo!!! (^O^)
I have been checking out Chiba's sake since the dawn of Sakai. (LOL)
Sake that you can't drink without pouching is precious.
Perfect for a birthday present.
Thanks to your wife.

Good evening, Tomoyuki Kumagai. I had never heard of Sakasai Dawn, so I had a look at your review. It is an interesting attempt at a sake nouveau. I think I would probably like this type of sake since I like nama-shu. I will try to get a chance to try it sometime.
