First time in the mountain book and first time in the pounding. I bought it in the summer and saved it carefully. I kept it too long and opened the bottle now even though it is a summer sake.
No matter what kind of sake it is, as long as it tastes good. It has a strong acidity and a clean aftertaste. I drink it after a meal while eating "Jako mood by Sanko Seika", a rice cracker with a salty aftertaste. The saltiness and sourness are repeated. When I realized that both of them were gone.
