I opened a bottle of sake that my sister and her husband gave me some time ago. It has a rich taste. However, it is not too strong, so it is easy to drink. Hmmm? The alcohol content is 18 degrees? I shouldn't have guzzled it down in a big gulp.

A moderate ginjo aroma. When I put it in my mouth, I thought it was sweet for a moment, but after two or three sips, it was not so. But after two or three sips, it was not so sweet, and it was identified as a medium-bodied, refreshing sake. However, I drank it while eating a spicy soup curry, so its authenticity is close to zero.

Tenpyo for a long time. Still tasty as ever. This is a brand that deserves to be more major.

We had a party after returning home safely from an expedition to Kochi. We opened a bottle of Kameizumi, which we had purchased at a local supermarket. Kameizumi has a lot of sweet sake, so it is often on the table at our house. This sake is not so much sweet as to be considered a regular sake. It is a little bit of sake, so it ran out quickly...

The second night in Kochi. I went to check out Hirome Market, but it was so packed with customers that there was no room to sit down. We moved to the restaurant where we had made reservations and continued to enjoy bonito as we did yesterday. It was really delicious. For sake, we chose Takiarashi, a local sake. It was the first time for me to drink this sake, and I must say that it is a dry sake from Kochi. I guess the traditional taste is preferred in Kochi, where sake is so deeply rooted that there is a culture called "Yumebirai" (a cup of sake for drinking). It seems that people can't drink a lot of sweet sake. However, there are more and more breweries that make fruity sake using CEL24 these days. Let's just say that they are diversifying with the times.

Well, it's delicious. That's the first thing I want to say. I often drink Wakanami's ginjo-shu, but this is my first time drinking their honjozo. The rice polishing ratio is 70%, but the ginjo aroma is very strong. I got the impression that it was less sweet than usual (ginjo-shu) and more sharp. My partner and I finished the 4-ounce bottle before we realized it...

Good evening, Mr. Miyazoo 😃. I think the young waves suit you 🌊🤗I'm curious about the emphasis on sharpness 😋I'm sure it's proof that you are very happy when you find out you are free 😆.

A quick sip while enjoying beautiful striped horse mackerel sashimi. I prefer fruity wine, but now I'm beginning to think dry wine is good, too. I think it was a refreshing type that would go well with dishes other than fish. I think it was a dry wine... (I drank too much and don't remember. (My memory is a little fuzzy because I drank too much)

I found a brand I had always wanted to drink at a company party and secretly ordered it. I remember that it was delicious, but I don't remember the details of the taste because it was at the end of the party.... Next time, I would like to drink it with proper preparation.

On my way back from a business trip to Fukuoka, I saw it at Sumiyoshi Shuhan and bought it. To be honest, I had never heard of this brand, but the store recommended it, so I was sure it was the right one. It had been sitting in the fridge for a while, but today I opened a bottle for drinking at home. The label says the rice polishing ratio is 60% and the alcohol content is low at 13%. Pouring it into a sake cup, we can confirm that it is a light nigori. The first sip gave off a nice effervescent sensation. After that, a strong acidity, umami of rice, and finally a strong bitterness run through. It is good, very good. I would rather drink this sake face to face with a light snack than as a mealtime drink. If I have a chance, I will bring it home again.

A friend from my school days came to visit me in Himeji, so we went for a quick sightseeing tour and then had a lunchtime drink at Eiyoken. After finishing off the beer, I had some tasyu (rice wine). It is a stable taste. This restaurant has not only a good selection of beer, but also a good selection of sake. Thank you very much for the food.

Hello Jay & Nobby. I learned in school that an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, and a brown for a brown. And that teaching was not a mistake. Sake from beer is the best!

This is a sake from a brewery that was highly recommended on a certain YouTube channel and I was planning to drink it someday. The fruity flavor of the honjozo sake was shocking! It was shocking. The slight fizziness and bitterness are pleasant, and the final taste is so refreshing that I was afraid I would gobble it up.
