It was hot... in May... in Saitama Prefecture too. There were some extremely hot days 🤣. On the last day of GW, I went to a shopping mall on the way home from a movie with my wife. I went to a shopping mall to do some shopping. We wandered around Cardi's. Sake. Ice sake?　I thought it would be good when it gets hotter. I tossed it in the back of the basket. I had it waiting in the freezer, but I didn't realize how quickly it would crisp up. It was hot, so I decided to finish it off with a dessert. Adult sherbet Naoshichi is a brand of citrus fruit from Kochi. It's good to have in the freezer from now on. ⭕️ The manufacturer is Kikusui Sake Brewery. No, it's from Kochi, so it's from here.

August 13, 2022 Lunch drink at my in-laws' house. Invited to a BBQ. We had about 3 bottles of beer. Then this one appeared. It has gold It is a sparkling wine with a mild fizzy feeling Sparkling with gold leaf and mild fizziness. Okan's present sake series. Today I chose Kikusui. I didn't know there was a Kikusui in Tosa. I didn't know that😓I expected some sweetness since it is a junmai ginjo, but it was very dry. Sometimes it is nice to drink sake at room temperature. It's a single-batch bottle, so it's easy to open 😄.

Kikusui Hiyoroshi. I was attracted by the limited autumn season and bought it (laugh). It has a clear throat and a sharp taste on the palate. It is a good sake with Kikusui's umami.

I bought this frozen raw sake along with the Sasanogawa I bought the other day. It is not from Niigata's Kikusui, but from Kochi's Kikusui Sake Brewery. It is dry, but fruity and sweet, and tastes better than I expected. It was best when it was in the process of melting. When completely melted, it is a thin and spicy sake...

Strong throat sensation! The flavor that surges out of the mouth! It is said to be 😱. Colorless Fruit punch 🤛 pineapple 🍍 strong! A little bit strong and alcoholic 😱. Too rich 😱 It's like a whiskey 🥃 to my senses! I drank it on the rocks and sipped it 😋.

Junmai Ginjo. Lots of umami and mushroom on the nose. Soft texture, flavor of light melon, pear, and rather intense pepper on the finish. Alcohol and pepper carry on for a while.

Brewed by Kikusui Shuzo in Shinobata, Niigata Kikusui's "light sweet taste". I often drink Kikusui because it's delicious but this is the first time I've had this spec. When I drank it, I found it to be very fresh and It is filled with a gentle sweetness I can also feel a slight gas 😆 What a delicious sake! What a delicious sake ❕! I didn't know there was such a Kikusui. I want to make this a regular sake 😆.
