My son was on a study trip to Tohoku.
As a souvenir, he brought along some oysters from Sanriku 😋.
(He boldly tried to get some sake as a souvenir, but of course he couldn't because he is underage 🤣)
I thought this sake ☺️ would be a great drink to go along with the very happy souvenir.
I thought it was a beautiful sake with a strong umami flavor, though it seems dry since most of the sake I usually drink is sweet. I thought it was a beautiful sake.

Souvenirs from my husband's business trip to Fukui
I have been enjoying it slowly since the weekend.
I guess it is the type of drink I don't usually drink.
I felt it was dry.
I think I like it better at room temperature because I can feel the flavor☺️.
Souvenirs are fun to experience sake that I wouldn't have chosen myself 😊.
My husband said he chose it because he thought I would like the atmosphere of the label 🤣.

October 1 is Sake Day
I went to Sake Go Around Tokyo.
Ebisu 😊.
The first one, I lined up before the store opened, I was so nervous because it was my first time to go to this event.
But the people at the store were kind, the atmosphere was very nice, and the brewer was very attentive 💕.
I wanted to drink all of them, but I also wanted to go to the next one. I was so worried and chose this one ❣️.
I have never had doburoku before, but I was surprised at how good it tastes⁉️.
It was a great experience for both the sake and the event ☺️💕.
CRAFT rice and agave also ❤️ to compare the drinks.
After this, we went on to Laughing Four Seasons → Tenpyo → Rakki Masamune...

I came home a little tipsy and had this 😊.
I thought the Kanji no Takachiyo🍁 might be too dry for me. I thought it would be dry for me, but this one is sweet 💕.
It's very delicious 😚.

I wanted to try it, there's the Shizen Shu!
A summer version of the light nigori draft "Hatsuyuki".
It was a slightly effervescent and refreshing sake.
I didn't feel the acidity that much and it was very tasty.
It was a sake I would like to drink at home if I had the chance❣️.
The Tenmei Junmai Ginjo Hi-ire and the Aizu Otokoyama - Wa Junmai Daiginjo we had together had completely different tastes and were a fun comparison.
There are many more sake from Fukushima that I want to drink☺️.
