The taste is not too sweet and well balanced with acidity and The aftertaste is clean with a slight bitterness. As expected of Hirotogawa nigori! I was going to take a picture with the pageant of lights in the background on my way home, but it was past 10:00 and the lights were out😫. I took a selfie in front of the nearby tree. At home. I missed out on drinking last year's [broken], so I I bought it in a tie-up with Kouriu. After I bought it, I saw it at an izakaya (Japanese-style bar), but I decided not to order it. I did not order it. The aroma is very Capuleti. Light and clear on the palate, with a fresh sweetness and acidity. The light, clear mouthfeel and fresh sweetness and acidity are like a white wine. If a sake beginner drinks this, he or she will be hooked. If beginners drink this sake, they will be addicted to it. 4

At home. I wanted to fill up my Miyazaki, but I had to pay I paid tax to Nobeoka City😄. This is also a return gift from Jomo City in Fukuoka Prefecture, Kyushu. I will have it with motsu nabe (motsu hot pot). The aroma is slightly young melon. Very light. Or rather, it is thin. I have never tasted such a tasteless jun-dai. It seems to be a very faint love. Sarasara Nigori Sake" is also light and tastes like a flattened version of "Yumemiru Hitsuji. Both are low in alcohol, at 12 degrees. Is that what "sarasara" means? Unfortunately, it wasn't to my taste. Unfortunately, I didn't like it, but I don't think I'll have a chance to drink it in the future. It was a good experience for me 😄.

At taverns. This is my first time at Kaygetsu. It's a brewery that brews sake using cel-24, famous for Kameizumi. This is not the same 😅. The aroma has a maltiness. Smooth texture and robust flavor. The sweetness is moderate. This tastes almost like amazake. I'm a fan of heating oysters. but since we are in a restaurant, I will take one oyster raw 😄. Both sake and raw oyster are milky, not a bad match👍. ☆3
