酒豪Sake served at a company drinking party. It's a very expensive one 😄. It's been in the fridge at work for a while now, I've been looking forward to when I can drink it. What about the sake made from comet? I've never had that one from Tasake, so maybe this is my first time? The ginjo aroma is gorgeous yet elegant. The mouthfeel is clear and refreshing without being too sweet. It has a light flavor that is integrated at a high level👍. ☆4

酒豪At home. Today, the family went to the fishing park in the morning 🐟. Caught one mackerel that my daughter caught 😂. But in good timing, a friend of mine from far away sent me a snapper he caught 😆. I paired it with Machida Sake Brewery's "Nao Kumi" sake. Fresh citrus-like aroma. The fresh acidity and gasiness that is typical of Machida fills the mouth. The gasiness fills the mouth and the sweetness is not too strong but clear, The sweetness is not too strong and clear. It is a perfect match for grilled fish, It is gorgeous but not too sweet, It can be paired with sashimi without any discomfort. And the costa is the best👍. 4 stars

酒豪At my parents-in-law's house. My mother-in-law said, "I bought this because I heard it is a very limited edition product. I think I saw it for sale at a local supermarket, but I have never had it before, so thankfully I will take it. The label doesn't make it sound good 😅. I can expect it from Watanabe Sake Brewery. Melon-like aroma. The punchy sweetness is certainly similar to that of W, and there is not much acidity or bitterness. It has a solid drinking experience and a slight alciness. 19 degrees is too strong. The flavor is also very rich, so I tried it on the rocks to test it out and it was just fine 😄. 3 stars

I respect my colleague who offered it to the party 😄. The aroma is mild melon. 酒豪At home. I opened the first Shinta Kachi-yo of the year 😄, I opened the first Shinta Kachichiyo of the year 😄. I bought this one in combination with Koryu Seikyuu. I have not been able to figure out when they will be shipped yet, I haven't even figured out when to ship it yet. I don't know what I'm drinking and what I'm not... lol. This is probably the first one I've ever had. The aroma is of fruity Japanese pear. When you drink it, it has a stimulating gasiness and a lovely sweetness like lychee. A lovely sweetness like lychee spreads. The mouthfeel is light and smooth. There is no shortage of Cinta-Cachillo! Just 60 check-ins at Takachiyo. That's one out of every 10 bottles of Takachiyo 😄.
