This is my first time at Kaygetsu.
It's a brewery that brews sake using cel-24, famous for Kameizumi. This is not the same 😅.
The aroma has a maltiness.
Smooth texture and robust flavor.
The sweetness is moderate.
This tastes almost like amazake.
I'm a fan of heating oysters.
but since we are in a restaurant, I will take one oyster raw 😄.
Both sake and raw oyster are milky, not a bad match👍.

The all-you-can-drink is 2,000 yen, but 500 yen is charged for appetizers.
Also, the all-you-can-drink lineup is pretty hit or miss 😅.
I don't want to hit the oysters, but I do want to hit the all-you-can-drink lineup lol
