At Fukumi-san. Taking advantage of autumn vacation, A short trip with my family to Iwaki and Koriyama. We found Miyoshikiku at Fukumi-san! Tokushima Prefecture was the last remaining prefecture in the sakewa, And it was fate that I met him at a bar I would have never known about if I had not started Sake-no-Wa! I decided that if I was going to drink Tokushima sake, it would have to be Miyoshigiku😄. The moist mouthfeel is typical of a cold wholesale sake, It has a cute and pleasant taste with a hint of acidity. The aroma is fruity, and the sweetness is not too strong. In a good sense, it tastes not like a cold sake. 4☆4 Now all prefectures in Sakegawa have been reached! 🎉

At home. It's Sake Day, so open a bottle of Kachiyo 😄. Last year, it was a test brew. It was so good that I bought it again this year. It has a juicy 🍍 feeling that fills the mouth. The sweet and sour taste is clearly defined. The taste is fresh and crisp, The mouthfeel is fresh and crisp, without being heavy. It may be on par with Samable in terms of 🍍feeling. 4.5 stars

It's been two and a half years since I've designed a beautiful sake. The aroma is rather mild yet fresh. Silky texture and rich sweet flavor. A sake that is well put together at a high level. 4 stars

At home. I was told that a test brew had been released for the high-cost Takasami Goddess 😄. Fresh aroma, Fresh gasiness and moderate sweetness. Almost no alcohol. At room temperature, the sweetness and umami come out strongly, and the drinkability increases. The alcohol content is 18 degrees Celsius! This is not easy to drink. It costs about 3,000 yen for a bottle, It is expensive for a Takasami sake. (but still cosy lol)

At home. Continue to open the flower oup. The aroma is slightly berry-like. It has a light and soft sweet flavor. It tastes better than the last time I drank it, However, the slight lingering alcohol taste bothers me. I prefer Dewa Sanzu. ☆3

At home. First Shinshu Kamerei! A gift from a friend 😄. Since it was so nice, we had oysters in the garden, my favorite, We made raw oysters and grilled oysters to welcome the guests. The aroma has a nuance of white grapes. You can feel freshness even after fire-roasting. Slightly gassy. Soft sweetness and characteristic strong acidity. The lingering aftertaste is bittersweet and quickly quenches. It seems to go on and on with just sake, If you don't eat it soon, the raw oysters will be destroyed under the blazing sun😅. It tastes as good as the rumors say, though, My friend says that the raw ones are even more amazing. I want to try the raw one next time 😄. 4.5 stars

Sake served at a company drinking party. It's a very expensive one 😄. It's been in the fridge at work for a while now, I've been looking forward to when I can drink it. What about the sake made from comet? I've never had that one from Tasake, so maybe this is my first time? The ginjo aroma is gorgeous yet elegant. The mouthfeel is clear and refreshing without being too sweet. It has a light flavor that is integrated at a high level👍. ☆4

At home. I was able to purchase Aizan again this year with good timing. I bought a bottle without hesitation 😄. The aroma is sweet and gorgeous, with a hint of 🍓. The juicy sweet flavor spreads and melts easily on the tongue, The sweet and delicious flavor spreads and smoothly melts on the tongue. The lingering acidity is moderately refreshing. Rich syrupy sweetness. The aftertaste is clean with just the right amount of sourness and bitterness. Another excellent production this year 😄. No disappointment in Hiragana Takachiyo! 5 stars

At home. Today, the family went to the fishing park in the morning 🐟. Caught one mackerel that my daughter caught 😂. But in good timing, a friend of mine from far away sent me a snapper he caught 😆. I paired it with Machida Sake Brewery's "Nao Kumi" sake. Fresh citrus-like aroma. The fresh acidity and gasiness that is typical of Machida fills the mouth. The gasiness fills the mouth and the sweetness is not too strong but clear, The sweetness is not too strong and clear. It is a perfect match for grilled fish, It is gorgeous but not too sweet, It can be paired with sashimi without any discomfort. And the costa is the best👍. 4 stars

On a business trip to Sapporo. First overnight business trip in a year. It is the first time for me to visit Kamikawa in a reception with a client ❄. The sweetness is moderate, and it is easy to match with meals. The umami flavor is strong, as is typical of junmai (pure rice), It is not too heavy with a good acidity. At my parents-in-law's house. My mother-in-law said, "I bought this because I heard it is a very limited edition product. I think I saw it for sale at a local supermarket, but I have never had it before, so thankfully I will take it. The label doesn't make it sound good 😅. I can expect it from Watanabe Sake Brewery. Melon-like aroma. The punchy sweetness is certainly similar to that of W, and there is not much acidity or bitterness. It has a solid drinking experience and a slight alciness. 19 degrees is too strong. The flavor is also very rich, so I tried it on the rocks to test it out and it was just fine 😄. 3 stars
