BBQ at my in-laws' house. While looking for a souvenir at a liquor store along the way, I chose Kanbai-Lab, which had just arrived at the store. It had a soft aroma. It is a low-alcohol sake. Fresh and gaseous. The mouthfeel is very easy to drink. It reminds me of Kamo Kanehide which I drank before. However, the sweetness and acidity are much more subdued. It seems too mature compared to Kamo Kanehide 😅... ☆3

At home. Today morning at the fishing park with my daughter 🎣. We caught 3 small Spanish mackerel 😫. Still, my daughter was satisfied with her catch. I will eat them fried. I bought a gold takachiyo the other day to go with it. We found it at a store we stopped by on a whim. It was the 262nd bottle out of 666 bottles. The timing was good 😄. The aroma is fluffy and muscat-like. Like a whole ripe pineapple packed in. Prodigal juicy sweetness and light flavor. The moderate acidity makes for a refreshing drink without being dull. We are glad to have found this one! 4.5 stars

At Izakaya. A new brand of Takachiyo sake brewery. I had heard that it had been launched. This is... similar to the feeling I had when I first drank a bottle of Rakuji's Honjozo.
