A205X253 reviewed it in January, and I can't drink it for at least another year... I stopped by a liquor store on my way back from a trip to Centrair to show my daughter the planes😍. I was so excited 😁. I love origarami, so I was really satisfied with this bottle✨. The direct rice flavor of the origarami, sweetness and umami, but not overpowering and crisp, the price is about 2,000 yen, but I was more than satisfied with the price😊.

I had a colleague from Aomori buy it for me on his way home😊. I've been wanting to drink this for a while... I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not... It's as good as I expected it to be! It has a gentle mouthfeel, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a fruity taste like apples or muscat, and it has a good sharpness, so it's not too sweet or too spicy. The rice polishing ratio is 35%, but it's not only beautiful, but also has a great flavor, so it's really a great sake to drink😍. At 700 yen a glass, I'll have to settle for a glass a day 😅.

This is Genmai's Special Junmai, Yamadanishiki Maybe because it's Yamada Nishiki, it's fruity, easy to drink and light at first, but after about half a glass, it started to slow down, and in the second half, the sweetness became a problem, and it ended up stopping like it was stuck in my throat... Even though it's the same genmai, there's still a difference😅. I don't know if it just wasn't for me by chance or if the store didn't keep it well in the first place... I'll try it again😊.

It's my first genmai😊. There's a store near me that carries it, and when I went there, they had several types of Genmai lined up😍. The owner's mother also said, "I like this too! I've been to the brewery and it was great! Oh! It's gassy, light, and moderately acidic, but overall it's fruity and relatively easy to drink! I wouldn't buy it if it was sold as a package deal, but if it's always available on its own, it's reasonably priced, and it's pretty good!

Hyah 🙀 delicious! This label was the first thing I noticed at my regular liquor store😁. Scary! I passed it by, but my wife... "This alcohol says 'future of alcohol' on it! Don't you want to drink it? And...hmm? Seriously? I'll buy it! and if I had been alone I definitely would have missed this encounter 😅thanks 🙇♀ I remember when I heard about MHA 1401 yeast, I thought of Yokoyama who released a different yeast and it was fresh and juicy. This mugen infinity is amazing! It has the gorgeousness and juiciness of sake mirai, and the full flavor and acidity of sake mirai, and it's great for drinking on its own or as a food sake! Maybe because it's Sake Mirai... Is it because it's Tensei? At any rate, this is my favorite 😆. By the way, this label was made by a designer in Spain to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Ten-Seong and the first batch of different sake rice. I heard it was inspired by mugen... The third picture, it was miraculously placed in the lemakom of my house... I'm scared 😂.

Limited Raw Sake Drinking Comparison... The next one is Hououmida😋. This is a Junmai Daiginjo, but it has a roughness or freshness of unfiltered nama-shu that is still unsettled even on the fourth day after opening the bottle, giving it a mischievous image😁. But the taste is still proper Hououmita😊. It's a great beer, but it's not the best. I'm not sure if it's the same as the other two, but it's still a great beer. I'm sure you can guess what it is😁. I don't understand the analogy 😅. I wonder if I could have waited a little longer with more patience and it would have rounded out...?

A memorable 300 check-ins... And I had a bottle ready to open 😅. When I went to my favorite Yoshida-ya last Saturday, I found these two sake bottles in a corner of the store being transferred from the bottle, because the sake event that was supposed to be held at JR Nagoya Takashimaya was cancelled. These two kinds of sake were specially made for this event, and you can only buy them here at Yoshidaya. So we had to buy them! So I had to buy it😅. The moon after the rain by Mr. Aihara in his birthplace😊. I was only about 3 years old but I remember saying "that's a big house, I'm scared" 😅. I digress a bit... The first thing I thought was that it was very alcoholic and that I would get drunk, and then I looked at the label and saw that it was 17 degrees 😳. The aroma on the nose is that of a faintly sweet Hachitanshiki, and on the palate, the momentum of nama-gara sake spreads quickly, followed by a dry feeling, and finally a little bit of the pineapple sweetness of Hachitanshiki, followed by the lingering aftertaste of nama-gara sake... So it went well with fried foods and potato salad with cheese in it😊. It was a special feeling to see a completely different face from the usual moon after rain😁.

We're at 299 check-in... I thought it was about time I brought out something special, so I opened this. It's my first time at Viridian. If you're wondering what it is, you're pretty advanced✨. I got this when I went on a trip to Yamanashi, but it was already about a year and a half old at the time. It is usually displayed immediately after the date of shipment, right? And No6 has a tag around its neck that says "Please drink by the end of the month"... At the store there, all the Shinsei were laying (or standing 😅) in the backyard. Actually, when I bought NO6 at a certain liquor store in Hyogo, I had a chat with the owner, and he said he often talks with the brewer of Shinsei. So the brewer said to me "Our sake is only good if you let it sit, so you can sell it after letting it sit for a while", but we don't do that... But we don't do it..." I remember the story. Unfortunately, this is my first Viridian so I can't compare 😂. As for my impressions, it has a mellow acidity in the mouth, a darker flavor than the Lapis, and a surprisingly powerful aroma in the background. I enjoyed it with some cheap Mikawa eel 😊.

It's been a while since I've had an ecru ✨. I actually prefer the Ecru to the No6 R-Type 😊. I mean, ecru is pretty much my favorite 😁. It's not flamboyant, it's rather quiet, but it has gas, a hint of acidity, and a wide range of flavor. It's fashionable, but it's still sake! New but old... Old but new... I think that's what it is, but it seems like that's what makes it so relaxing to drink 😊. It was delicious✨.

It's "ARNAMI" at my favorite Abe-san's place. The interesting thing about this sake is that it is made from the same rice every year, and the process is the same. But the quality of the rice is different each year, and some years it dissolves easily in water, and some years it does not... This time, it doesn't dissolve easily and has a sharp taste, so we chose "ARANAMI". Rough seas... I wonder if it's rough... But I can't say I'm an Abe fan if I drink "SAZANAMI" and don't drink this! So I recently bought this one since it was still in the store😊. I'm so glad I did! I loved it😍. It's not rough, but it has a clear outline and a sharp taste. It's not rough, but it's still sharp, and the gasiness of the sake and the aroma reminds me a little of ramune or cider. I had an image of Gohyakumangoku being dry, but this has a good amount of umami and a little acidity in the aftertaste. If you think of it as a sake-within-a-sake, I thought Araha would be better than Sazanami. Either way, it's delicious!

I'm not talking about the gorgeous aroma, but the nice aroma of the rice that spreads in your mouth and the thick, mellow flavor that you can feel is really good! Today, I took a delivery from a local sushi restaurant, and it was a perfect marriage, especially with sardines! I was so surprised at how well it went together😲. After the herring roe, the taste of the romaine was so tight! I regretted eating it in one bite... (I didn't like the herring roe so much, I ate it in one bite...) It was still my favorite roma.

This time, I compared the raw sake and the infused sake. The freshness of the nama-shu is great, but the fruity taste of the sakemirai and the moderate sourness of the nama-shu are well balanced, making it an easy choice for any dish. If you are not sure what to buy, Naraman is the one you can trust😁. Personally, I think I prefer this raw sake. It was so good...
