We're at 299 check-in...
I thought it was about time I brought out something special, so I opened this.
It's my first time at Viridian. If you're wondering what it is, you're pretty advanced✨.
I got this when I went on a trip to Yamanashi, but it was already about a year and a half old at the time.
It is usually displayed immediately after the date of shipment, right?
And No6 has a tag around its neck that says "Please drink by the end of the month"...
At the store there, all the Shinsei were laying (or standing 😅) in the backyard.
Actually, when I bought NO6 at a certain liquor store in Hyogo, I had a chat with the owner, and he said he often talks with the brewer of Shinsei.
So the brewer said to me "Our sake is only good if you let it sit, so you can sell it after letting it sit for a while", but we don't do that...
But we don't do it..." I remember the story.
Unfortunately, this is my first Viridian so I can't compare 😂.
As for my impressions, it has a mellow acidity in the mouth, a darker flavor than the Lapis, and a surprisingly powerful aroma in the background. I enjoyed it with some cheap Mikawa eel 😊.

Hi-cha. Nice to meet you.
298 ecru→299 viridian→300
If I go with the flow, I guess the next one will be that.
I'm sure you'll be surprised by the pattern.
I'm looking forward to it😊.

Good evening honda✨.
You're right about the flow of things 😅.
I was going to do the same, but...
I was going to do that too 😅 but there was something a little irregular...
I didn't get what I wanted 😂.
