Here's another reminder...
I'm not sure if this is really a Junmai sake. It's so good that I think it's the best sake in the world 😊.
I love Keisaraku, but this is actually the first time I've had Junmai-shu, or rather this regular product.
It has a melon-like ginjo aroma as well as a full-bodied flavor, making it a great all-rounder on its own or as a sake for a meal.
I asked my subordinate who is 20 years older than me if he would like to try it. I let him try it, and he was surprised that he was overturned the concept of sake! He was so surprised😁.
I guess Keisaraku doesn't need any more explanation 😅.
