It is Kamikawa Taisetsu Shuzo's Kamikawa Junmai Sake. It was purchased at a Seven-Eleven in Sounkyo, Kamikawa-cho. It is a good sake with good acidity and sharpness. It is good to drink at room temperature.

It is a sake limited to the Asahikawa area, but you can find it in restaurants these days. It has been a while since I drank it, but the label seems to have changed. It is fruity, refreshing, and easy to drink. It is a good and inexpensive sake with a nice taste of rice. ‼️

It is the sake which is sold in the Seven-Eleven of Kamikawa-cho or Sounkyo in Hokkaido. I bought it as a souvenir for my wife on the way back from a snowboarding trip to Kamikawa in March. I always buy it when I go to Kamikawa area... It's really good!

(ˊ일ˋ )🍶🍶🍶🍶 Drink and cheer 📣✊. This sake is from Shimizu Sake Brewery in Kawai-cho, Wajima, which suffered a big fire after the Noto Peninsula earthquake. The building was not completely destroyed or destroyed by fire, but there was a lot of damage 😢This is the first sake from the brewery I have ever had. The aroma is only a little, and the sake is a solid amber color🤔It says it is dry, but it has a refreshing umami taste😊The sweetness and acidity are moderate and the aftertaste is super refreshing😚✨You will not get tired of drinking it and it will go down easy😇 It's a delicious sake that can reset your palate during a meal 🥳👍.

Hearing that Kanazawa is in the midst of a tourist slump, the wife and I went to Kanazawa Oden, and I had mixed feelings about being able to easily get into a restaurant that usually has a long line. A few restaurants were closed temporarily. Kanazawa was hardly damaged by the earthquake, and I hope everyone will come to Kanazawa! Now, Senmaida, rice from Senmaida in Wajima is partially used. Although it is junmai, it is not that heavy and easy to drink. It is light and crisp. The wife also likes it. The waitress said there were only 3 bottles left and that she would not be able to drink them for a while! We hope it will come back.

Sake Rice Hokuriku Series. This time, the tori is Hyakumangoku No, developed by Ishikawa Prefecture, and the 24th brewery in the prefecture? Noto Honor. Is it a characteristic of Noto Honor or Hyakumangakkino White? It is fruity, but I think it is a classic sake.

I got it as a souvenir Polishing ratio 90%. Is it too subtle at room temperature? It was delicious when heated. ☺️

I think I prefer it at room temperature. It goes well with strong Japanese food.

I used to drink Honored Kunimitsu Plum Wine, but this is my first time. It has a clear mouthfeel, but the flavor of lactic acid bacteria comes through. I think it's easy to drink, even for those who don't like traditional sake. I haven't tried it warmed, but it's good at room temperature or chilled.

2020/11/06 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A subdued but green apple-like aroma. The mouthfeel is refreshing and smooth. It is followed by a rich sweetness and flavor. Spiciness and acidity are rather subdued. It finishes off nicely with a slight bitterness. It was easier to drink than the ginjo I received before.

Tonight, I'm posting my second bottle, this one I've been letting go for about 2 years to contrast with the first (Miyazumi Junmai Nigori Nama) 🍶. Actually, I bought it at the same time as the previous Junmai, but when I drank the Junmai, I took it for granted that this was a sake that should be aged for a long time 😪💤 and it has been in the bottle for a long time until now 😌. The aroma is grain-like, or Western liquor-like, or mature aroma, and the smell alone is enough to make you feel drunk. 😵💫 I think it's better to drink it at room temperature or warmed than chilled because the initial smell will disappear. Maybe I'll give it a try after tomorrow. It's good to enjoy long-aged sake sometimes. ☺️

2020/09/20 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In the mouth, it has a unique herbal aroma. It has a caramelized, slightly sweet taste. The flavor of the rice is clean and clear, and the taste of the rice comes across well. The aftertaste is light and crisp. It's a little crooked, but for some reason you can drink it.

I have a new impression of Ehime sake 😁. I had never had much Ehime sake before, but I had an image of it being somewhat mellow and dry. This sake is completely different, it is light and slightly acidic, and together with the bitterness in the aftertaste, it is somehow like grapefruit 😊. It also has a bit of a fizzy feel and is very easy to drink as there is no unpleasant spiciness that lingers in the throat 😋. If it were a little more sour, I think I would find it too sour for me, but this level of sourness is just right 😄. I'm only one bottle away from the nationwide domination of the four-gouple bottles or more limited edition. The last one is in Osaka, when can I achieve it? 😅

The taste of the rice and the fruity taste can be felt, but it is not too dense. A pleasant sourness. There is also a feeling of juicy melon. The rice is Matsuyama Mitsui.

A souvenir from a business trip to Niigata. My colleague introduced me to Miyakoya and I bought it. It was a very tasty sake with the beautiful lightness and umami of Niigata. The bonito was also very nice and fatty, so it made for a good dinner.

According to my brother-in-law, "Yesterday's makimizu is soooo good, but today's is punchy for the percentage. My brother-in-law was eating wasabi (S&B) as a snack for sake while saying so. That one has more punch. ☆

I was drinking it on 7/1. It is aromatic, fruity, sweet from the rice, and refreshingly delicious. Niigata is a great place after all! My daughter had it with her lunch of seared nodoguro (northern bluefin tuna) 😊My daughter had it with her lunch of hegisoba (buckwheat noodles) and tarekatsu (pork cutlet with sauce) and drank it with takachiyou. Yum! She mumbled like Mr. Purgatory and only gave me a small bite 🤣.

The rice used is Gohyakumangoku. I bought it at the end of last year at an antenna store in Toyama. I didn't know about this brand. The color is a light amber. The color is pale amber, and the flavor is just as it should be. It's relatively easy to drink because it's crisp and not overpowering, but it didn't seem to suit my partner who likes floral and sweet flavors. It didn't match well with the grilled chicken, but I think it will swell up with time, so I'll leave it for a while. It's quite a unique sake, and I don't dislike it!

I have had Taitozan before, but I don't remember much about it, so I bought it for the first time in a while. It has a slightly astringent white wine-like aftertaste with almost no sweetness. I think it is best to drink it with fish dishes, which is a standard white wine. Since it is winter from now on, yellowtail and radish would be delicious. I, of course, drink it only with sake.

It has a very rich, ripe, sweet, thick, full-bodied taste (¡Ω). And yet it is not cloying. It's the kind of warmed sake I like to drink when it's cold. I'd like to make this a staple in my house because it hits my favorite part of heating sake.

The sake from the west, I thought it would be strong and angular, but it had a mellowness similar to the sake from the east, especially on the second day, and the sweetness was great. It was a small sake brewery according to Google, but it was very good with careful sake.
