Oh, very mellow. Sweet and sour in one round world. Interesting. It certainly has the flavor of red wine.
I would like to drink it slowly while sitting on a massage chair when the autumn gets a little deeper.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but at just under 2,000 yen (tax included) for a 4-gou bottle, it is very reasonably priced.

This is a luxurious sake made by aging junmai daiginjo in wine barrels.
The nose has a complex ginjo aroma with a slight hint of vanilla from the barrel.
The taste is balanced and soft, with a sense of volume perhaps due to the aging process. It has a unique Nara-zuke (pickles) flavor. I did not detect any oak-derived tannins.

I thought I couldn't drink, but I did. Good children should not imitate me.
It is a refreshing drink, but the bitter taste is good and delicious.
It tastes as good as Soujitsuyu, so if you dilute it four times, it might be good for your liver!
