I bought a completely unknown Shimane sake from the San'in Sake booth.
The rice was Sakonishiki from Shimane Prefecture, a variety I had never heard of before.
The staff was very nice and the tasting was impressive, so I bought a bottle 👛.
The contents are as solid as the stylish label 😋.
It's more of a classic type?
It's not so strong and has a mildly sharp, mellow dry taste.
It's easy to drink and good as a mid-meal drink 👍.
I grilled some swordfish that my brother-in-law caught for me and drank it with the fish.
