I like sweet sake...maybe not for me...I was drinking as much as I could...so I'm a bit fuzzy. This is also a Sapporo restaurant. It was a fun day with a lot of different drinks ๐.
At a restaurant in Sapporo. Junmai Daiginjyo, Nama-shu, so it was easy to drink as expected ๐.
The restaurant was very nice because you can drink as much sake as you want. The food is made from Hokkaido ingredients. I had a great conversation with the manager and would love to go back ๐.
I bought it because of the cute label, but when I opened it and drank it right away I could really taste the honey flavor ๐๐ฏ.
I like sweet flavors, so it's perfect for me too ๐๐.
Koshi no Homare kiki Junmai-shu brewed Kijoshu
I've had Shinmasa's kijoshu before, but this may be my first time to drink it elsewhere. I bought a packet and it's easy to drink ๐
It's been a long time since I've had a Niidashi Zenmon. I think this might be the first time I've had a cloudy one. It's so easy to drink, I think I'm going to drink too much ๐ฅน.
Yamamoto is the first one I have purchased in a long time. This is my first Dokidoki. I like it sweet and this one is easy to drink, but not too sweet and has a refreshing taste that makes it easy to pair with a meal. Enjoyed it today with my home grilled chicken๐.
Farmed tiger pufferfish was cheap, so I had it with fugu nabe (blowfish stew) even though it was summer. This is the first time I have had Kido, but it is sweet and easy to drink. Is it because this is Junmai Daiginjo?
