Tamagawa Shiboritate Nama-nama Sake
Tamagawa, but light?
I thought it was, but when I paired it with a meal, the flavor really shone through.
It's a little less robust than usual.
It's light, but the sweet umami pulls it through.
It's better with a little air.
Takihon Junmai-shu Kamiho
Full of flavor and not too sweet. A sake that will increase your appetite.
Delicious. However, I like it better when it is more matured than right after opening the bottle.
Tokaimori Susuki Junmai Ginjo Okayama Omachi
Easy to drink Omachi with no bitterness in the aftertaste.
More umami than sweetness. But not too sweet and easy to drink.
Ikoma Hozan Daiginjo
Well-balanced with great flavor, easy to drink on its own or with food.
Easy to drink with or without food.
If you dare to look for something wrong with it, the punch is weak.
Kido KIF Junmai Sake
80% Yamadanishiki low-polishing rice grown in the Agara rice paddies
Good balance with sufficient umami.
Good in the middle of a meal.
Kirakucho Yurukan Junmai Ginjo
As the name suggests, this is a good sake to warm up. It is dry with good flavor.
The flavor expands as it warms up.
The only problem is that it also has a chili sensation.
Tamakae (Sake rice)
Tamagawa Tokubetsu Junmai Gohyakumangoku
From umami to acidity
A robust sake with a good acidity.
Can drink well and sleep well.
My ideal sake!
I have some Omachi at home, but I'll drink it!
Kouzutsuru Ni-Natsu Ogo Yamahai Junmai Hiyoroshi Harazake
Full of umami and food goes well with it!
Full of umami and a little bitterness
Sake that goes well with meals
Uma-uma-uma!
