Personally, I did not like the taste. I am still not clear on how to describe the taste of sake because I have not studied it enough.
Looking at the keywords in the description, I can handle [dry] and [fruity]. I am not good at [sourness].
It is moist, sweet and delicious. I drink it at room temperature, but I think it would be good chilled to make it more crisp.
I serve it with bonito tataki, and it goes well with it!
