Here's the description of the net.
It's long... but my opinion is delicious 😋.
Only 7 tanks of Inaba Sake Brewery's famous sake "Sutera" are made every year. The name was taken from the beauty of the star-filled sky that one can see when looking up during the winter brewing season, and it expresses awe and gratitude for the star (Sutera) and the power of nature in the koji and yeast. Sutera" is a series of junmai daiginjos with a fruity flavor created by Nobuko Inaba, the sixth generation brewery head brewer. Inaba Shuzo was founded in 1867 at the foot of Mount Tsukuba in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Tsukuba's granite soil, and using high-quality sake rice and spring water filtered through the soil, the company insists on traditional handmade sake brewing. Ms. Inaba is one of the few female toji (master brewers) in Japan, and is known for her rich and delicate sake brewing. Sutera Premium Junmai Daiginjo Hand Pressed Unfiltered Unrefined Sake is a fruity sake with a gentle sweetness that fills the mouth without any cloying taste. Its slightly sweet taste makes it an easy drink for sake beginners.

A sake that makes you long for spring!
Fruity with a slight acidity! Fruity with a slight acidity!
(These are just the impressions of a sake novice. Don't go into it. I'm happy as long as you enjoy drinking it.)
Spring is coming soon! LOL!
TSUKIKOSHI
The production method used in Edo period literature has been reproduced. When poured into a glass, it has a rich aroma of freshly picked white peaches, green apples, melon, and other fresh fruits. The minute you take a sip, the fine bubbles stimulate your tongue, and from the mellow and smooth sweetness, moderate bitterness and umami appear in the latter half, creating a contrast in harmony. The acidity felt throughout adds to the lightness and creates an impression of purity and freshness." ...I hear that...lol! I don't know how difficult it is...but I'll say it...slight effervescence! This is delicious!
