The slightly lower alcohol content gives it a summer sake feel, but it is not light, and because it is pumped directly from the tank, it is very heavy, so you can drink it in a leisurely manner. Even those who do not like light summer sake can enjoy it.

2025-054 drinking at home I had an image of Banshu Ikkyo as a dry and sharp sake from my impression of it, but when I bought it because of the light nigori, it was completely different. It had a pear-like sweet aroma, a refreshing sweetness with just the right amount of acidity, and a light nigori (light nigori) taste. It was the perfect sake for summer.
