Hiduyoshi received as a souvenir from a New Year's party I have an image that Hideshiyoshi tastes better a few days after opening the bottle, and this one is no exception! It tasted hard and so-so right after opening the bottle, but after 3-4 days, the impression changed completely. From the flat taste of the past, a clear acidity has opened up along with a savoriness that comes in a jolt, and the dry base has been covered by the savoriness and acidity. The flavor is now fuller and more vibrant, and it's ah~ delicious! Yes, this is it! This is what I mean! Thank you very much for the sake!

At Ya-Ya in Kobe. This is the first time to drink Neko Masamune since it was transferred from the defunct Omi Sake Brewery to Maihime🐱. It has a sweet taste with a slight graininess from the freshness. It tastes a little messy, but it's not that bad, right? Might prefer it to Omi Neko Masamune 🤔. It's quite fruity and has a pungent and alu taste, but maybe it's good? It's sweeter the longer it's been open.

This is a driver's sake that cannot be tasted on the Suwa Gokura tour. Only this brewery offered small bottles of sake instead of cups. I must drink it this year😅. This is also a 3-day record. Chiebijin was not enough, so I threw in a small bottle. This is the pink label of Yatsuka, which I have come to like! It feels more rounded than Chiebijin. Delicious!

The brewery is more impressive for its shochu Ginza no Suzume than for its sake. Tasted and purchased. It has a gorgeous aroma and is fruity even when drunk. 1801 yeast is used, making it a sweet and fruity sake that is easy to understand. I wish they would release a fresh sake of this one. I felt it was sweeter and fruity at room temperature than when it was chilled to the perfect temperature.

At home. First time in Gifu, Shirakawa-go. It's very thick, even among the nigorizake I've drunk. The aroma is like sweet sake. A sake store in Joetsu, Niigata that I have wanted to visit for a long time. Kiraku. First of all, I would like to pay my respects to my hometown, Joetsu. Tsukifumi-no-ike pond is a famous place in Itoigawa, and is said to be located in a dense forest, making it difficult for the moon to be reflected in the pond. Local Takananishiki grown by the brewer. It is said to be full-bodied and sharp, but it is very sharp. This is the mainstream of Niigata-Joetsu sake.

Purchased at Takashimaya event😆👍 Out of the three types, I️ started with the Tsukiyomi no Ike. The aroma is nothing but semedyne smell💦. The taste is like a matured sake, but not fully matured so it's easy to drink for a matured sake😅💦. I just don't like it on the web. I'll try to warm it up next time and enjoy it!
