Kayama] and [Koshino Umezato] booths.
DHC Group is famous for its supplements.
I had never seen Kayama in a green bottle, so I was curious about it and tasted it.
Kayama Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake.
Made from Koshitanrei rice. The taste is rich, sweet, and delicious. The impression is the same as the one I had before.
Kayama Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-Ginjo Unrefined Nama-Harakiri Kameguchi
This is also Koshi-tanrei. It seems to have a bit of a bubbly taste, but since it had been open for a while, I didn't really notice it. It is a medium-bottled sake, so only about 300 bottles are made. It was fresh and this one seemed much sweeter.
Mr. Bouken had already had it.
Koshino Umezato Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Kameguchi Direct Harvest
This sake is made from "Gohyakumangoku" grapes. It also seemed to have a fizzy feeling right after opening the bottle. It is fresh and refreshing, but has a sweetness and mellowness.
The second time to drink.
Asahi Sunny.
This is the sake that Bouken-san was interested in. It seems to be suitable for heated sake, but it was too cold and I couldn't really taste it. It was too cold, so I couldn't really taste it.
Koshino Umeiri Junmai Daiginjo Gold Bottle
Fruity and gorgeous from the aroma. It was sweet and tasty, but had a sake-like feel from the start.
I have the impression that there are many sweet sake.
The aroma is gentle, like that of white peaches. The taste is rich, sweet, and delicious.
I purchased this sake in Niigata Prefecture, but I have never seen this sake in my area, and Niigata's sake is very deep.
Newly opened in Niigata Station South, thick sashimi and delicious sake, Hitoyoshi!
Good local sake is abundant and reasonably priced!
Drinking with my juniors after a long time.
We opened with Kayama!
Fruity, mellow, and sweet.
Delicious!
Kayama Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Koshi-tanrei
The water is good, or maybe it's the quality of the water?
The sweetness and umami are very rich and delicious.
It is made from Niigata's sake rice called Koshitanrei.
Sweetness as you would expect from an unfiltered unpasteurized sake.
When paired with yakitori sauce, the sweetness was surprisingly subdued and the sake was easy to drink.

Purchased from Niigata DHC Brewery
Went directly to DHC Sake Brewery to purchase 💰.
I had my eye on this from the Niigata sake camp and when I was about to buy it, I thought to myself, "I'll get more points if I buy it at the brewery..." and so I bought it directly from them 🍶.
I also like the regular Kazan, so when it comes to Shiboritate, this one is a no-brainer: ‼️
Personally, when I think of "easy to find, cheap and tasty" sake in Niigata, I think of Kayama 😙.
Opened the bottle right away 🍶 delicious 😊.
Usually Kayama has a mellow sweet-umami image, but this one is a bit more assertive 💪The juicy acidity and sweetness are well balanced and very easy to drink, but not too light either 💪☺️
Personally, I prefer the freshly squeezed one.
Thank you very much for the drink!
