On the second day of our GW trip, we went to Himeji Castle Mountains. Himeji Castle, a national treasure, was well worth seeing 😃.
For souvenirs, we went to Yaegaki's store at Himeji Station 😄I bought a limited edition special junmai recommended to me ✨.
The aroma is fresh and muscat-like 😚The taste is fresh and the acidity comes forward and is refreshing ✨It has a nice sharpness 😊I felt like it would be a delicious sake for the summer 🥳.
