This is the first time I've seen this warehouse. The rice used is Maikaze. As the name suggests, everything, including the yeast, is from Gunma, and it seems to be an annual event. The mouthfeel is mild. It is bitter-sweet with a slight banana aroma. It gently finishes with a hint of umami. It seems to have a lot of depth. Well-balanced and cohesive sake. On Sunday, I visited the Taste of Morita Co. This is the family brewery of Akio Morita, the founder of Sony. I was attracted by the Aji no Yakata limited edition and bought a bottle. It tasted a little sweeter than I expected and was easier to drink than I expected. 1,650 yen

(The best way to get the most out of this product is to visit 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I bought this at a liquor store on my way back from a visit to a grave in Fukui Prefecture 🙋I bought it because it was reviewed on youtube by Ishikawa's world famous Hoshitaro. I took it out of the fridge and opened the bottle. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. The flavor of the rice and the pleasant acidity. When the temperature is raised, the flavor and acidity are more assertive than right after opening the bottle. It says that it goes well with Japanese cuisine, and I think this is true. It is a good food sake that does not interfere with food. Sari seems to go well with rice crispy rice 😀.

Only Ichinokura brand sake is made in Kurihara City. When Mr. Tokoro introduced it in a TV shooting at the end of last year, it was in short supply in Kurihara City 😱😆😆. Myokayama is my first time. I bought it with Yume brew. The impression is that the acidity is strong at first. The rice is sweet and fresh. It has a little bit of cemedine. I would like to drink it with nabe (hot pot) or strong dishes. I did some research on this brewery and found out that it is owned by Oizumi, a pachislot-related company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. It seems that Oizumi has a chain of izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and they serve sake there. It seems to have lost its cemedine taste and become sweeter than when I first opened it.

Although it's next door, I haven't had Osaka's sake yet. I was thinking of Akishika or Katanozakura for Osaka, but I found this one at AEON today while shopping. There is no outstanding sweetness or spiciness, but a well-balanced taste. It's a good sake for eating. When I paired it with yuba and fried eggplant with sesame oil, I felt like I could drink as much as I wanted 😋. Good sake in the neighborhood too👍.
