And this is where time ran out. It took us about 1 hour and 45 minutes to go around the venue. On the way back, we took the train to visit a liquor store in Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture. The owner of the liquor store was just visiting the same event, so we spent about an hour talking with the chatty owner, and then we safely returned home.

I took it out of the fridge and opened the bottle. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. The flavor of the rice and the pleasant acidity. When the temperature is raised, the flavor and acidity are more assertive than right after opening the bottle. It says that it goes well with Japanese cuisine, and I think this is true. It is a good food sake that does not interfere with food. Sari seems to go well with rice crispy rice 😀.
