🐟 This is the first ayu we tasted at the ski lodge. It was refreshing and sweet, and was a nice palate cleanser when drunk in the middle of a meal. It's a shame that I could only drink one cup of it. The label is cute too 🐟

🌥 It was chilly today 😢. I opened a "first sweetfish" which is cool to look at ✌️. The taste is just like the impression on the label❗️ It's fresh, smooth and easy to drink 🙂. A cool sweetness that is elegant. As for the acidity, as you continue to drink it... oh, maybe there is a little? It's just a little bit. The bitterness you feel after swallowing is also refreshing 😆 . The alcohol content is 16 degrees, but it's like drinking a low alcohol I feel like I'm drinking low alcohol 😉 . It's like drinking a low-alcohol drink....

This is the first sweetfish recommended by the liquor store 🐟. I bought it by the square because they say it's sweet and tasty this year✨. I had my wife drink it and it was sweet and easy to drink ‼️ 🍶.

OSAKA-JO SAKE SQUARE 2023(´¦) Very sharp and refreshing, a dry sake with a thick body that is not light. A junmai sake that tastes great chilled. No strong character, but good for everyday drinking I imagined that Frog's ginjo-nama-zake next to it would also be good, but my weak liver stopped screaming and I gave up on it! See you again, Mr. Frog!

Tenma Dai-Shuukai (¡Ω-Ω-Ω) Slightly mellow raw storage It is a summer product with a refreshing taste and aroma It gets sweeter as it warms up, but it is basically refreshing when cooled down, right? The people dancing to the KUWATA BAND medley on the way home seemed to be having a good time! For some reason, they were so well prepared that they brought their own happi (happy coats)! It was wonderful that they were giving it their all! After all, the Tenma Taishukai is unique!

8 points (wife: 7 points) Alcohol content : 15.5 Rice used : Akita Sake Komachi Rice polishing ratio : 45 Sake Degree : +1.0 Acidity : 1.3 Amino acidity : 1.1 Yeast used: Akita yeast No.15 Store where purchased Chicken Cuisine Harashidaya Slightly apple-like topfeel The slightly floral nose, the same aroma, the moderate sweetness and the firm umami of rice spread with crisp acidity, and the slight bitterness and the slight dryness of the alcohol make it refreshingly crisp and clean. The sweetness is not too strong, and the umami of the rice can be felt well, and the dryness of the alcohol in the latter half makes it easy to drink. It is better to drink with a meal than as a stand-alone sake. It goes well with various chicken dishes. The fourth one, Tengu Mai Umeshu (plum wine), was also delicious, with a moderate sweetness that went well with the meal.

Trouble at work. I couldn't catch the last train for the first time in a while. If I was going to take a cab, I went to a late-night diner to have a meal before going home. I had a motsu nabe set meal and a beer, followed by a glass of Takashimizu. This Takashimizu is not like Rokugo-yeast. It was refreshing, but had a rice-like flavor. Good night.

I bought this sake when I went to Nagahama, Shiga to see the Hikiyama Festival. The label also featured the Hikiyama Festival, so it was a perfect souvenir. It has a mild taste with the umami of rice and a dry, slightly tangy aftertaste. It is well-balanced and delicious.

I bought it because a liquor store in my neighborhood started handling Tajima. I was surprised at how fruity it was. It is fresh, moderately sweet, and delicious. It is a more modern sake than I expected. After drinking this after the first time, it feels more like a sake 🤔.

This sake was tasted at the Kobe Hankyu event and made a good impression, and was highly praised by Nemuchi-san. A liquor store in my neighborhood became a special distributor, but I was wondering why they didn't carry this sake. It was in the fridge of a point system sake, so I thought 😅😅I thought, "No way, I can buy it normally. I thought so, but I was able to buy it normally😅. It's confusing💦. The rice is Hyogo Nishiki. Sweet aroma. It is fire-aged but has a quite rich flavor. It is better not to cool it down too much. It is a little smoky.

It was sold in advance at the brewery opening but I couldn't go, so I bought it after the official release. The top aroma is a bit like high cooked rice. It has a gentle sweetness and volume. I was surprised that it was more drinkable than I expected. It is relatively low in alcohol, but the taste does not make you feel so.

At home. This is the second one in the Hokkaido series. Kokushi Muso is a metaphor for being so good that no two people under the sun are alike. I was expecting it to have a strong alcoholic taste, but I was betrayed in a good way. It has a fruity aroma and a refreshing, clean taste that goes well with any meal. I think I'll end up drinking too much of it. But the words "Hokkaido Limited" are magic. I feel like I got a great deal just from this word.

8.5 points (8.5 points for my wife) Rice used : Hokkaido rice Kitshizuku Rice polishing ratio : 55 Sake meter : +3 Acidity: 1.7 Alcohol content: 17-18%. Sold at: Takasago Shuzo (Asahikawa City) When opened, it has a gaseous feeling. Almost no gas Slightly alcoholic grape-like top note The aroma is like light grapes and peaches, the umami of rice and gentle sweetness spreads with soft acidity, and it finishes with a hint of bitterness and a little bit of alcohol spiciness. The aroma and sweetness are mild, and the umami of the rice can be felt well, giving it a mildly juicy impression. It goes well with meals and is of course delicious on its own. It went well with crispy grilled chicken (salted and teriyaki flavors), turnip and chicken in cream sauce.

The rice used is Yamadanishiki and Shunyo. This is Izumo no Kuni's newest brewery, created (reborn) last year. Naturally, it was the first time for us to visit. The image of sake in this area is that of powerful sake-like sake, all of which are unique. This sake is unique in the sense that it is, but the image has been overturned. It is very fruity and lightly sweet and sour, with a pleasant citrus bitterness spreading from the sweetness and acidity. The mouthfeel is clear and crisp. It is a wonderful bottle as a food sake. ❣️ We will keep an eye on it in the future: ‼️

Overall 9 (out of 10) I had my first Shimane sake 🍶😃. I got it from Pekho-san. According to the description of the sake shop It's a "fruity and full of flavor" sake! Delicious 😋. It is a light, astringent and delicious 🍶. More of a sense of breadth than a sense of depth. Simple and straight rather than complex and harmonious Consistent throughout rather than a change in flavor. The astringency brings out the umami of the rice in a good way. I got such an impression 😋. It was gone in no time at all😅 I served it chilled. The aroma I got from the bottle is as follows. -Aroma: A strong aroma of rice. -Aroma: Slightly astringent taste that passes through the nose. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) -Spiciness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Astringency: 1 at the beginning 1→ Lingering 1 -Rice flavor: 4 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt】→3 Small number = light and smooth Large number = thick and rich (5 is the maximum)

I went to Tabe Takeshita Sake Brewery and Sake Brewery Museum 😆. But all the sake was sold out there 😭 So I went to a liquor store that sells this sake and bought Rihachi👍. I wanted to drink it and I couldn't bear to end up not being able to buy it 😣. But I'm glad I was able to buy it safely 😌. I've had this drink before and I know it's good, so I feel safe drinking it 😌. I wasn't sure whether to buy Rihachi's white label or black label, but this time I went with this one ✨. It's consistently delicious 😋.

Home drinking. This is a dry sake for the Year of the Ox from Hachinohe Sake, and is used in full quantity. A refreshing pineapple with tropical fruit and sweet and sour aromas, a clean and light mouthfeel of melon and sweetness gurgles in the mouth, turning to a sweet rice flavor on the mid-palate and a long finish.

This is my favorite Hakutsuru 🍶. The black bottle with navy blue label is kind of cool 🥰. It is sold only in Aomori. The first aroma is slightly sweet. The palate has a full-bodied sweet flavor that is typical of Hanafukuyuki. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, partly due to the 50% polishing. The sharpness is not bad either. I want to buy a bottle next year and drink it carefully 🤔.
