Here is the third cup of Aji no Fue.
It's a bit spicy and crisp. Dry and crisp. It has a sense of maturity. Mint ☘️ has a solid taste, my wife says it doesn't taste nasty😅Suucculent with ume jellyfish. Yamagata log shiitake mushrooms🍄🟫 are very tasty and deep.

I was under the impression that it would be a little lighter, but maybe it was because I let it sit for a while? It has a solid feel to it.
It is a bit heavy, but it is very refreshing at room temperature and warmed up.

I was expecting a light sweet sake, but the fact that it was priced in the 1,300 yen range (tax included) made it a bargain. I have not been able to find a place where I can buy it, but I will buy it again the next time I come across it!

Found ayu (sweetfish) 💡 drink it when you can 😆.
I feel sweetness and umami. I think the umami is stronger 🤔.
It is thick and has a heavy feeling with a throat that you can feel the sake when you swallow it.
The more you taste it, the more umami it tastes 🤗.
