Yamamoto Honke had a store at Sendai Mitsukoshi in conjunction with the Kyoto Exhibition.
I look forward to Yamamoto Honke's "tarekuchi" every year at this time of the year, but it seems to take about one more week before it is shipped, so I did not get it this year either.
The aroma is a fresh ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is fruity, fresh, sweet, and juicy, with a light acidity and bitterness from the aftertaste of alcohol.
