I've been wanting to try some nigori sake lately 😆. I saw it in the store yesterday, went to buy it today, and was supposed to open it tomorrow... but I couldn't wait, so I opened it today and drank it 😅! There are many nigorizakes out there, but this one is Junmai! It has a nice crackle and a nice "umami and gentle sweetness" of the rice 😻🎉. Originally I was thinking of the 3x Domu from the same brewery, but I was so taken with the Junmai that I decided to go with this one. I'm not sure if I'd be able to do that, but I'm sure I'd be able to do it.

Sake filled only with Domuro-roasted rice. Slightly effervescent. It has a rich sweetness, but the alcohol taste is a little strong at the end.... The official online store of Endo Sake Brewery is formatted like a mail order site for health foods and supplements 🤣. Maybe it tastes better at higher temperatures? It's a hard season for me as a hay fever sufferer It's getting to be a difficult season for me as a hay fever sufferer. I wanted to buy a spring-like sake with a pink bottle. Garyubai 🌸Garyubai I couldn't smell it because of my stuffy nose. It has a slight sweetness followed by a crisp I think it's more of a dry sake. I guess it's more of a dry food sake.

At home. The other day, on a trip to Aichi Atsuta Houraiken, I opened a bottle of the one I bought at the supermarket to have a little drink at the hotel. When I bought it, I thought it was a Nagoya sake.... But when I looked at it carefully, I realized it was Shizuoka sake. ‼️ It was refreshing and smooth, and although it had a sweet and alcoholic taste, it was easy to drink and the 300ml was gone in no time. ‼️ The second photo is from Atsuta Houraiken, and the third and fourth photos are from the next day's visit to the famous morning coffee shop Karasu, where I ordered an an-butter sandwich.

When I go to this liquor store, I can't stop looking at different things. There are both hi-seasoned and draft Morishima's Omachi and Yamadanishiki, and there are several Nozomis... In the end, I narrowed it down to one bottle and chose this one. This is the first time I drink Koshinohomare at home. As for the rice, some stores say they use Takananishiki and others say Koshikagura, but which is it? Fresh, gassy and fruity. Juicy, like apple or pineapple. I was surprised at how delicious it was.

This Sake is bright and flavorful. There is a sweetness followed by the tartness of grapefruit. There is also a hint of banana. The acidity gives this a short and clean finish. Brilliant! 😁

Junmai-Ginjo sake with 50% polishing ratio This sake is brewed by blending Kyokai 1801 and the original ginjo yeast, Kyokai 901. It has a fruity, gorgeous aroma and a pleasant sweetness that spreads in the mouth. Delicious! The label is said to have been designed with a snowflake "Grandpa Sujimaki" of the famous mountain, Yoneyama, which announces the rice planting season in Kashiwazaki, on a label with a texture of textiles associated with the hemp and silk textiles that are famous in Echigo. Bouken-san told me about it before, and I've become a fan of Watashibune's new sake 😚. But it's made with 100% short-stemmed Watashibune. I think this brand is as good as my favorite Genmai which I opened just before. The aroma is like a grape🍇, and in the mouth you can feel a very thin gas and a gentle sweetness. The aroma and taste are well integrated, and the transparent flavor fades out with a slight bitterness, which is brilliant 😆. Today I paired it with a yose-nabe with agaric broth, and the complex broth of the seafood and the flavor of this sake matched so strangely that I could really linger and eat and drink forever... It's still Monday, so I had to call it quits 😅.

Good evening, again for our first series, this time from Nara Prefecture, this brewery 💁‍♂️ KURAMOTO Ym64 SAKE-TEN 2022BY✨ This is a historical sake brewery, but they have changed their production in recent years to create a more modern lineup. They were recently featured on "Wakate no Yoake" (Dawn of the Young 🙌). This is the latter of the two lines, STANDARD LINE and BIT LINE. This time we changed things up a bit and bought a bottle of Kuromatsu Kenrishi❣️, which we fell in love with at first sight because of the shape of the bottle and the coolness of the label. I had it lukewarm with my homemade oden🍢🙏. It's also good that you can heat up the whole bottle in a ding-dong! It has a bit of an alcoholic aroma, but I don't mind it too much. It's just as spicy and easy to drink 😮❗️ It's like an evolution of the classic type of sake? and I enjoyed it with food 😚. A friend of mine said that if he had come all the way to Toyama, he would have had a variety of both Katsikoma and Haneya, but Hayashi had never had them. We compared two types of sake rice, Gohyakumangoku and Dewanosato. Both were to his liking, but the Dewa-no-sato was more acidic and better. I posted offline and forgot to put this 💦. First time for both Ippongi and Denshin. I thought I could buy them anytime and I avoided them because of their dry image😅. The top aroma is like pineapple and tropical fruits. The initial aroma is like pineapple or tropical fruits. The second half is quite spicy though it has fruity and soft sweetness. I wonder if the softness is due to the fact that it is bagged.
