Bouken-san told me about it before, and I've become a fan of Watashibune's new sake 😚. But it's made with 100% short-stemmed Watashibune.
I think this brand is as good as my favorite Genmai which I opened just before.
The aroma is like a grape🍇, and in the mouth you can feel a very thin gas and a gentle sweetness.
The aroma and taste are well integrated, and the transparent flavor fades out with a slight bitterness, which is brilliant 😆.
Today I paired it with a yose-nabe with agaric broth, and the complex broth of the seafood and the flavor of this sake matched so strangely that I could really linger and eat and drink forever...
It's still Monday, so I had to call it quits 😅.
