Keiryu morning Shibori-shu is a stored sake.
It has a high alcohol content of 20 degrees, but is easy to drink (repeat purchase).
It contains brewer's alcohol, so it may not be suitable for those who don't like other than pure rice sake, but I think it is good enough for everyday drinking.

Today's sake is the eighth in Nagano's Endo Shuzo's Extremely Juicy ❗️ "Extremely Juicy ❗️" Dewa Sanzu Jungin Nama Sake ❗️ series.
The aroma is faintly ginjo sweet. A sip reveals a slightly dense texture on the tongue, followed immediately by a crisp, fresh, fruity freshness❗️❗️ (as one would expect from a sake that claims to be "extremely juicy"❗️), followed by a sharp spiciness❗️ good as a food sake❗️ ambitious sake❗️❗️

First of all, sake temperature 14 degrees Celsius.
The aroma is not strong, mineral type aroma.
The mouthfeel is thick and sweet, but not "rich". The alcohol content is 20 degrees ❗️
Let's cool it down a little more.
10 degrees, a little bit thick and not too much.
It is sweet but not sticky.
I think it tastes better on the rocks, but it's 300 bottles, so it's gone. ❗️

Today's sake is Junmai Ginjo Akikane (AKANE), which was sold exclusively during the autumn brewery opening at Endo Sake Brewery in Suzaka, Nagano, during a brewery tour❗️ and with a limited edition label drawn by the brewery staff❗️❗️
The aroma is soft and faintly sweet❗️A sip reveals a mellow texture and ginjo sweetness on the tongue❗️ followed by a sharp, tingling numbness❗️Good as a food sake❤️

I bought some at Tsuruya again.
This time, for some reason, it didn't blow up when I opened the cap a little... I've never had such a problem before, but when I drank it, it was the usual schwash...
But when I drank it, it was delicious.
