Sake is recommended to be served at room temperature or warmed up.
I had it chilled first 🍶-.
I thought it would be heavy because it's junmai, but...
But it wasn't. It was very easy to drink.
It has a good balance of five tastes and you can easily enjoy it.
It was an honestly delicious sake ❗😋.
I would like to try the rest at room temperature to warmed sake.
I'd like to try the rest of the sake at room temperature~warmer, but I'll probably run out of cold sake during the New Year's holidays 🍜🌅🎍.

999 yen for 900 ml at Okay supermarket.
More economical at 900ml instead of 720ml.
The Shinano Mainichi Newspaper also covers the outside of the bottle, enhancing the Nagano flavor.
The alcohol content is not as high as 20 degrees Celsius.
It has a strong sweetness.
It is a good sweetness that will become more familiar after a few days from the day the bottle is opened, and it can be used as a final drink.
It is served with tobikiri warmer from the start. The top aroma is a mix of rice aroma and alcohol feeling. The hot sake has a soft and sweet dry taste, and it goes down smoothly. The overt aroma is that of junmai (pure rice). It is good both on its own and during a meal. It goes well with homemade nukazuke (pickles). Carrot pickles are my favorite. I thought the regular sake in cups tasted good hot with tobikiri heating.
my favorite

Visited Ueda for a long time...
As usual, I bought "Domuroku" at Tsuruya.
Stable taste!
I missed the closing time of Okazaki Sake Brewery when I was shopping...
I will buy it tomorrow.
I also bought some other things around Suwako, so I'll upload them when I open them!
Honey-like sweetness, this is the first time I have tasted this sweetness.
It is 20 degrees, which is near the limit of the sake alcohol content of 21 degrees, and with this sweetness, it is understandable.
It was a delicious and interesting sake.
Today, we are drinking sake from Nagano Prefecture.
Junmai Daiginjo of Keiryu, a sake from Suzaka City.
It is a trophy of the Shinetsu roadside station tour.
The aroma is a nutty ginjo aroma with a strong alcoholic flavor.
The mouthfeel is mainly umami and sweetness, making it easy to drink. No acidity.
We are thankful to have found a good sake.
In Likaman.
Alcohol content 15
Sake Degree -1
Acidity 1.6
Rice: Miyamanishiki and others
Polishing ratio 70%.
Easy to drink, but the umami flavor persists.
Serve at room temperature with simmered baby sea bream
Chilled with Kappa
It is a shock that it goes well with everything!
