sake from the past
I used to drink it a lot because I liked the schwashy feeling these days.
I once had a bad storage condition and hit a sour one.
I served it with fried dried "Genshi" fish as a side dish.
It's really good!
Corner 3 at Waseda.
A clear ginjo aroma. Aroma of refined alcohol.
Slightly peculiar acidity and sweetness.
The fireworks label and the blue bottle are very summery.
Today, we have "Touakare," a limited edition sake from Endo Sake Brewery in Suzaka, Nagano Prefecture, which is available only for brewery tours during the opening of the brewery. ❗️❗️ Actually, there are two different labels, one of which we have previously introduced. This is the other version: ❗️
The aroma is a faint ginjo aroma❗️ and when you take a sip, there is a slight acidity after the dense texture of the original sake on the tongue❗️❗️ It is also good as a food sake⭕️
