A friend of mine said that if he had come all the way to Toyama, he would have had a variety of both Katsikoma and Haneya, but Hayashi had never had them.
We compared two types of sake rice, Gohyakumangoku and Dewanosato. Both were to his liking, but the Dewa-no-sato was more acidic and better.
I recommended it to him and told him that Koyama Shoten also sold it 😄.
