This is my first time with Kenrishi โจ.
The aroma is full of umami ๐ค.
On the palate, it has a caramel-like aroma, sweetness and depth of flavor, yet it's clean, crisp and easy to drink ๐ฅฐIt's a delicious sake ๐ฅณ.

This time we changed things up a bit and bought a bottle of Kuromatsu Kenrishiโฃ๏ธ, which we fell in love with at first sight because of the shape of the bottle and the coolness of the label.
I had it lukewarm with my homemade oden๐ข๐.
It's also good that you can heat up the whole bottle in a ding-dong!
It has a bit of an alcoholic aroma, but I don't mind it too much. It's just as spicy and easy to drink ๐ฎโ๏ธ
It's like an evolution of the classic type of sake? and I enjoyed it with food ๐.
The bottle is stylish and I'd like to keep a bottle in stock for when I want a little heated sake ๐
