I thought she might be able to drink cheaper with the family discount, but alas 😢. Since the last Ryuki was sweet, we wanted to try something a little dry, so we went looking for some Shizuoka sake 🤗. I don't have an image of Shizuoka sake as a modern sake, but I wonder if there is any 😅. Well, I took it out of the fridge and drank it cold 😃. Yes, it's refreshingly dry but surprisingly soft on the palate and easy to drink 😗. I thought this would definitely taste better lukewarm 🍶, so I warmed it up and the mouthfeel became softer and softer 🍶❣️ It is not a sake that has any special characteristics, but the price is reasonable, so it is worth buying 🤭.

Yesterday was the first youth baseball coaches meeting in two weeks. A big senior coach bought us some sake from Tokushima, so we had it 🙇️. My first Tokushima sake ️️! It's a dry taste, but you can feel the sweetness too👍. It's well balanced and perfect for a midday drink😍. My senior coach lives in Shikoku for work now and can't come back every week but I asked him to bring me some good sake from Shikoku🤣.

I ate okonomiyaki, went to an izakaya (Japanese style bar), and at the end, I got the last of a bottle of sake that the owner recommended 😊I got the last of a bottle as a courtesy 😋. It's like a summer sake with a refreshing taste 😚 and a crisp aftertaste 😋. It is made with "Homare-Fuji" sake rice developed in Shizuoka Prefecture. It has a calm aroma and an elegant, gentle taste with a well-balanced flavor, and it tastes great on the finish!
