It is a royal Junmai sake with a very smooth texture and moderate flavor(s). Hokosugi has an outstanding cedar child cup, and the cup sake is excellent! Power up in order when heated. The spiciness and acidity are slight and work well with the depth! It goes well with any kind of sauce! There is no need to write much about it! Mr. Ota is a rerun of Nagasaki It is a treasure house of good food! There are also a variety of good sake, and it's a place I've always dreamed of visiting!

I returned home for the holidays to participate in cleaning out the oversized trash at my parents' house. After sweating a bit, I found Izumikawa in the fridge and immediately opened a bottle of this unexpected trophy 🎉. It has a slightly soft sweetness, a gradual flavor, and a bitterness that comes in the latter half of the bottle. It is smooth and easy to drink! It is the big brother of Tobiroki, and I enjoyed Izumikawa for the first time in a long time 😘.

Izumikawa's Funakuchi. It is a slightly orizumi (orizumi is a slightly cloudy, raw sake), so the first thing to drink is the top clear liquid. The aroma is still young and melon-like, with a soft sweetness and a tangy, spicy bitterness. The balance of sweetness, spiciness, and bitterness gradually improves. When mixed with ori, it becomes slightly cloudy. The spiciness subsides and the sweetness increases, creating a mellow mouthfeel that keeps you coming back for more. It is a very fresh and delicious sake that can only be drunk at this time of the year.

Izumikawa Jungin Nanaguchi Hon Nama Nama ✨✨✨✨ Izumikawa is a sake that is distributed within the prefecture by the famous sake brewery HIROKI, but this Jungin Funakuchi Honnen is exceptionally popular and our expectations are skyrocketing. ⤴️ The bottle was opened very quietly, with a little lees at the bottom of the bottle. The aroma is similar to that of Tobiroki, but it is not flashy, with fresh melon and pear fruits. I heard from an acquaintance that Sakuta was delicious and ordered it because there was no special distributor near me and it was in the hometown tax payment. Since it was a set of two bottles, I received it with sincerity. @Koriyama Iando After having a drink in Omiya, I got tired of going back to Tokyo, so I jumped on the 🚄 and went to Koriyama. I decided to have a quick bite in front of the station, but it was crowded everywhere, so I went to a new restaurant that I found. They have a good selection of local sake, and I chose "Yuri", which I had never had before, and it is from the same brewery as Aizu Nakasho! I heard that this sake is brewed by a mother and daughter who are both sake brewing technicians! It has a soft sweetness at first, but eventually it becomes slightly dry and pleasant to drink. It is very easy to drink, which is impressive and delicious.

Ikebukuro with friends on Wednesday. It was not an all-you-can-drink party. Sake was my friend's choice as we sunk into the sake swamp. It was my first Hakuba Nishiki. Nice choice. It tasted like it would be ranked high in the Nigorin picks. It was fresh, fruity, sweet and refreshing. The upper half of the label is European and the lower half is Japanese, which gives it a Showa-era feel.

I bought this sake to try a sake from Shinshu, a region I was not familiar with. After purchasing it, I checked the label on the back to see what the specs were. ⁉️...no label. It looks like it was removed 😅. Takizawa is a mysterious sake. It had a clear sweetness with a strong rice flavor and a nice aroma 😆.
