This sake was a gift from a junior colleague (son of a liquor store owner). It has been a long time since I've had a classic, THE old man's dry sake. A "sacred" store found near Nishiki Market in Kyoto. Great cold drink when you are finally able to sit down after a long day of walking 😀.
