This is the first time I've seen this warehouse. The rice used is Maikaze. As the name suggests, everything, including the yeast, is from Gunma, and it seems to be an annual event. The mouthfeel is mild. It is bitter-sweet with a slight banana aroma. It gently finishes with a hint of umami. It seems to have a lot of depth. Well-balanced and cohesive sake. I will close my Gunma trip with "Akagisan" and "Funao Taki"! Sweet and sugary aroma like sugar.
