Aomori Sake Inamuraya I used to drink outside. Special Junmai was done. There are not many check-ins for this sake. It's a sake from Aomori, so... This time, we've been taking our time with the fruity sakes we've been enjoying lately, and this one is freshly brewed and dry. It's a bit of a quirk, but it's very crisp and clean. We opened a bottle at the office. This is the first time we have had "Shirasagi no Shiro", another name for Himeji Castle. At first I drank it at room temperature, and from the second glass I drank it on the rocks, and I could feel the gentle sweetness of the sake. The taste reminded me of Tengu Mai's Yamahai brewing. The location changed and we went to Hyogo Sake EXPO 2022, a local sake event in Hyogo, at Kobe Hankyu. I tasted a regular product, a draft version. I had tasted the hi-ire version before, so I wondered what the draft version was like. It was easier to drink than the hi-ire version, but not to my taste. I prefer the Shirasagi no Shiro (castle of the egret), which is made with Nojoho.

The only place I can think of that uses Nojoho is Okutanba. The overall impression is gentle and the taste comes slowly. It looks like wood, grass, or herb. It also has a classy atmosphere. The sake here is not my favorite, but when I find it, I buy it for some reason.

Jun Dai is in the 1500 yen range and very cosy👍 When it comes to Niigata, I love Kafuda-shu, it's very similar to the acidity of that Kafuda-shu 😋. I love Niigata, but I can't tell if it's sweet or spicy 😅I found myself drinking 3 gou of it, so it's good 😋. But I think it's the winner 😆. I'd like to try the other ones though👍

Sake Go Around Kobe ① Unfortunately, I couldn't make the post on Sake Day, but I did enjoy Sake Day 🤣. I was so excited to see how it would be like to participate in my first go-around, I arrived 3 minutes before the restaurant opened at 11am as scheduled, but when I got out of the elevator, there were already more than 15 people in line, which was unexpected since it was held on a weekday 😂 I managed to make the second turn and entered the restaurant 😀 I had wanted to visit this restaurant before, and since the restaurant usually opens at 6pm, it was basically a restaurant I couldn't come to since I'm a morning drinker 😂. I am a morning drinker, so I couldn't come here 😂. I wanted to get some more, but there was a wait, and I had to leave because there was another one coming up 😁 My impression of the sake was as usual, all I can remember is that it was delicious 🤣 I've seen it at a nearby sake store on Awaji Island, and I've also seen it at a nearby sake store on Awaji Island. This is a gift. It is expensive at 3,000 yen for a four-pack, but I love it. It is said to be the first brewery to ship unpasteurized sake. It is said to be the oldest existing company in Ibaraki Prefecture. It does not have the trendy sweetness at all, but you can taste the umami of the rice, and although it is not fruity, it is very gorgeous. The impression is especially rich when the bottle is just opened, but after 3-4 days, the impression changes to mild. I always drink it chilled, but I would like to try it warmed. Another bottle bought at a supermarket in Kawagoe. I also bought a bottle that was not hiyaoroshi. After storing it in the fridge, I took a sip. The aroma is mild. I stopped by the brewery for the first time in a while. I used to have a special fire-brewed junmai and a sake called "Mariko no shu" which is named after the female toji (master brewer?). Both were quite dry, classical sake. Both were quite dry classical sake, and I had the impression, for better or worse, that this is what local sake is supposed to be like. This was probably my first nigori sake, but it looked delicious, so I bought some! I wondered if the beautiful woman at the sales counter was Mariko herself? It has a classical aroma with a banana feel. It is more of a hint than a standing aroma. It has a classical taste and is dry, but you can drink it by itself if you want! It is very easy to drink because it has a lot of turbidity, which gives it a strong umami flavor and makes it easy to taste the sweetness. I drank it with kimchi nabe (kimchi stew), and I think it goes well with strong flavors and nabe dishes! It also seems to go well with meat, and I am sure it would go well with ginger-grilled pork or chicken steak. I imagine it is like Kikuhime nigori or Tamagawa nigori! To be honest, I think it's one of the best in the Koshu Plum Grove, so I'd be happy to buy a bottle and drink it slowly. It can probably be stored at room temperature until early spring.

I bought this sake to try a sake from Shinshu, a region I was not familiar with. After purchasing it, I checked the label on the back to see what the specs were. ⁉️...no label. It looks like it was removed 😅. Takizawa is a mysterious sake. It had a clear sweetness with a strong rice flavor and a nice aroma 😆.
