We opened a bottle at the office. This is the first time we have had "Shirasagi no Shiro", another name for Himeji Castle. I prefer the Shirasagi no Shiro (castle of the egret), which is made with Nojoho.

This is the first time I've bought bamboo island since the new system was put in place. This is the wrong brand it’s from Tochigi from Hokkan. The cheapest sake in Donquixote in Bangkok and so very smooth and balanced at medium chill. It’s actually very close to water.
