I think it's rare to find unfiltered raw ginjo 🤔. Slightly sweet and nutty. It has a strong sweetness and umami. It's a good combination of modern and classic without feeling like it's been alkaloosoaked. If the label is a little more modern, it will sell well. After 10 days, it became bitter and hard to drink.

First impressions are a sharp taste with a dry finish. There is sweet apple flavor with a hint of wood / taru. Good combination with foods that are on the salty side. This is a limited Sake.
This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake with quite a high alcohol content. The color is also dark! It goes in easily, but has a strong umami flavor. I think it is a good match for a popular izakaya (Japanese-style bar). Polishing ratio 60 Rice used: 100% Tamakae Alcohol content 19

I bought it last year as a souvenir from Utsunomiya. It's been a while since I've had "out of the gate", but my taste buds have changed since the last time I had it, so I'm looking forward to it! When you open the bottle and pour it, it smells like citrus fruits and lychee. It is tasteless on the palate, but gradually the richness and mellowness of the rice comes out. The sweetness, spiciness, and astringency of the flavor are all present as soon as the lid is opened! Although it is a junmai ginjo, it has such a robust flavor that it may be served warm. The overtone is similar to that of "Shinkame" and gives the impression of a matured sake. The lingering aftertaste is well rounded as it quickly fades away. Overall, the shades of gray are exquisite, and the taste is quite interesting! In fact, the first sake I ever drank in my life was "Monkai Fude. I was actually the first person in my life to drink sake, and that drink at Kinugawa Onsen has led me to the present day.

The famous sake from Yoshino, Nara, Shojo no Oni👹san series❣️. The founder of Shugendo, Yakushokaku, was served by a couple of demons: the husband demon was Zendo Oni (the former demon) and the wife was Myodo Oni (the latter demon). This is the first time I bought a sake named after that Zendo Oni 😆. I was originally under the impression that Shoto was a fruity, easy-drinking sake, but this Zendo Oni is so rich and full-bodied that it is hard to believe it is a Jungin of Gohyakumangoku 😳. It has a nice melon feeling and a full-bodied flavor reminiscent of Tamagawa❣️. By the third day, the ripe fruit-like sweetness is added, and the unique flavor is irresistible 😇 I'm enjoying it chippy, chippy, chippy😇 All that crosses our path are demons 👹. But if it's demons like this, I want to see them again. I wonder if his wife will be the next demon (not my wife 😅)

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024 (2) Gindagawa, which I have had a cup of special honjozo or something before. Was Gintagawa sold in Niigata? I thought it was a classic type, but unlike the image on the label, the acidity was noticeable and it was a bit modern? It looks like it would go well with Western food 🍴.

Sanko Tenpyo Yamahai. I drank a sake called "Namahashi" before, but how about this one? Freshness is combined with a grain-like aroma. After enjoying Fushimi's soft water hot springs in Kyoto, I spent the last part of my trip in Osaka👍. Since it was a special occasion, we had a drink at Kurehaaru, which we hadn't had in a year, and some oden and kushikatsu! The aroma is almost imperceptible.
